I went for a vehicle that was posted online. When I got there, they asked for $1000-$2000 more than the online price. I test drove the vehicle and asked... about any problems. They assured me that it had been through their service center and any problems would’ve been fixed before selling. I went in recently and was told that it needEd $1700 (after the healthcare worker discount) worth of work. Mostly brakes, rotors, and tires. I asked how this could be when the car “didn’t have anything wrong with it when I bought it.” I was then told that it NEVER even went through the service department. I do not fault the service department. They were extremely apologetic. I will be contacting an auto lawyer for advice, because I had to pay $1100 to get it fixed (elsewhere). They should either fix the vehicles before listing them, or tell you up front about the problems. Thankfully, I’ve kept every single piece of paperwork since I’ve bought it.
HORRIBLE! I bought a car there back in 2015, horrible service and they screwed me over. Come back to give them a second chance this year in 2019 to get... the A/C in my Ford Fusion checked because it blows hot air, was told that it would be done by 12p. It was 3pm and I needed my car back so I could go to work for 5pm, kept calling, they kept telling me to call back, this was because they haven’t even started on it yet. So I show up about 4pm still no call back and one of the service guys was in the car checking it with the little machine thing and they blew one of my fuses! Didn’t find that out till later. So I ask what’s the problem and he says that it’s working fine, a/c is working. So I walk over to my boyfriend to tell him, and my boyfriend says what he thinks the problem is. Then the service guy agreed with my boyfriend that it could be the control panel. So my boyfriend pretty much diagnosed it himself. When I tried to trust Billy Wood would help me and figure out the problem. And guess what? I still had to pay the $100. With nothing being diagnosed, so my boyfriend went to talk with the guy I believe is over the service department, and told him that he diagnosed it himself. My boyfriend got pretty upset because in the past he has also been screwed over by Billy Wood, so he had a few words to say to the guy over the service department. I can’t exactly remember his name but when I find it on the card he gave me I will definitely update this. So the guy over service says he will buy the control panel and fix it himself and put it in himself for free. That was in August, I texted him a few times asking about it and he kept telling me he ordered it, I asked for a tracking number, he said there wasn’t one given. I text back again asking about it, guess what, no answer. If you are thinking about going to Billy Wood, please DO NOT, they will screw you over in so many ways!!! If I could I would share this on fb but they were smart and just have a regular fb page so no one can review them.But anywhere I can I will be sharing this.
Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from David James and by far am I a happy customer. Beyond happy with the results of the car and his help in getting the perfect... car for my parents to surprise me with. Definitely will continue to use Billy Wood and David James as my sales manager.

Just bought a new Raptor from Billy Wood Ford and David James was my sales rep. This was a fantastic transaction from start to finish. The entire staff,... David, Adam,Tony and even had Billy Wood call me personally to thank me. This dealership gets it and walks the walk !!
I drove from Houston to buy a truck described over the phone as never been wrecked with only a small dent on the door. After driving 4.5 hours I found... the truck had been wrecked 4 different times and had two blown airbags (none of it repaired). It would have been nice had they disclosed that before I wasted 10 hours of my time.

My husband had an appointment today to view/buy a 2016 4Runner Limited around noon. He was working with David James, who called earlier this morning to... ensure their appointment was still good. When my husband arrived around noon, David James could not find the 4Runner and come to find out that someone took it as a company care back to the Arkansas dealer. He tried to convince my husband to look at another 4Runner that was not at all what he came for. Keep in mind that he drove TWO HOURS to come buy this car. NO ONE tried to recover my husband's business as he left the dealership. The sales manager never even left his desk. There has been no contact since and this has been the poorest customer service experience we have had with buying a car. Thank you for wasting his time today.
