I purchased a new, very hard-to-find, Ford Transit Connect Passenger Wagon. We drove from Birmingham to Heflin because Buster Miles Ford was the only dealer within 100 miles that had what I was looking for. Even with a distinct advantage over us because of the shortage of vehicles from which to choose, we could not have asked for a better experience. Rocky Stemen was unbelievably helpful and never once talked down to this old woman as other sales people have done. I have purchased, on my own, new cars from BMW X 2, Chevrolet x 3, Jeep, Oldsmobile, and Buick over the past 40 years and tonight was the first time anyone has EVER gone through the vehicle with me to be sure I was familiar with all the "bells and whistles" before leaving the dealership. He even synced my phone for me. There were no car-buying games with prices and our trade-in. There was no running back and forth to the Sales Manager, who by the way was as nice and friendly as he could be. I only wish it was not 75 miles from our home so I could go back for service visits. I will recommend Rocky and Phil and Buster Miles Ford to all our friends and family. It is worth the drive.

I went to Buster Miles Cheverolet looking for a good deal on a used Tahoe or Yukon; after spending months price comparing dealers from Montgomery to Birmingham and areas surrounding, Buster Miles was consistently more reasonable than anywhere else. I went in to see how it felt driving the vehicle I thought I wanted, but the feel was still a bit big and uncomfortable. Wayne suggested looking at a Chevy Traverse fully loaded. It wasn't what I thought I wanted, but I looked at it anyway. I am so glad I did! I LOVE my purchase. I very much appreciate the kindness and professionalism of all the staff at Buster Miles and I will not hesitate to buy here again.

My first purchase at Buster Miles Ford was Nov. 2013 . My visit , treatment and purchase satisfaction was enough to cause me to return in Jan. 2017 and make a second purchase from Buster Miles Ford . The staff (awesome) ranks above any dealership I have ever been to . The entire atmosphere just made my wife and me feel welcome. Their desire to make you feel comfortable with your visit and satisfaction with purchase is unmeasurable . Well enough said , don't want to give Tommy and the office staff the BIG HEAD . They were just awesome with us old folks .

It's been 12 years since I purchased my last vehicle. The time was right, and Buster Miles had a great reputation for customer service and vehicle selection. Several of my friends recommended this dealership. I was introduced to many of the Staff, and felt very comfortable that I was at the right place. Rocky Stemen was the Sales Representative who worked to find the truck that I was looking for. He was very professional and knowledgable, all through the process. Becky did a great job processing the paperwork needed for financing. All in all, a very smooth purchase, and I am extremely satisfied with the end results. Thanks to Rocky for making that happen. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Buster Miles and were very pleased with our experience. Salesman Tim Pruitt is not in the best of health, and yet he spent close to seven hours with us on a Saturday to help us find the right purchase! The sales team was polite and friendly, and we are thankful to each and every one who assisted us!
