I went in to look for a car, and got greeted by a very nice man that really helped me out! He knew the direction to point me in when looking to buy a new... car he made my trip a lot less stressful than anticipated if your looking to by a new or used car talk to Jonathan Poole.
I found a Nissan Altima on line. I was contacted by Cindy Rice, the enternet sales person. She hooked me up with Hunter Nissan in Hendersonville. I didn't... think i could handle the payments as i'm on a fixed income. Had only a little over 100$ dollars to spend.. The car had only 73000 miles on it and it was a 2006 !! couldn't pass it up !! Went on down town to look at it and loved it. It looked brand new. They had a carfax on it and i could see how well it had been taken care of.. So we started to negotiate the price and payments. I feel they bent over backwards to help me get this car.. Signed the papers and came home with it. Very Happy Customer here !!
do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I found a used SUV that suited my needs there, but was hesitant to purchase a used vehicle with... no warranty. The salesman went to inquire and came back and said they would give me a 2 year warranty. They kept us waiting for ages, brought a paper with a proposal. That proposal did not list any fee for the warranty. I told them I would make my down payment a little higher and could go for a longer loan if the payments would come down a bit. They finally took us into the finance manager's office where he had a desk that had a huge desktop touchscreen. (Smoke and Mirrors) I signed an initialed on the screen, my son was reading through it, too and knows there was no charge for the warranties listed there. When the bank called several days later, they told me I had been charged nearly $3000 for the warranties, (one was for a key replacement that he also said he was giving us). I never agreed to pay for any warranty. I didn't sign for that on that touch screen, but that's what he printed. When we went back to the dealership to discuss it, I was put off the first time and they never called me back. They also were supposed to fix the windshield and an O2 sensor, but had not. So, after going back 4 or 5 times, emailing and texting them, I went back with my oldest son. We got the run around until we just asked for the manager. The manager came in, immediately started shouting and getting in my son's face, ignored me, and told us we were stupid. They even told us repeatedly that they do this every day. There's a sign at the desk there that says if you aren't satisfied to call Randy Hunter. We tried calling Mr. Hunter four times at that number, left messages and have not heard a word from him.

My husband is unusually tall, and we were looking for a vehicle that would accommodate a car seat behind him as a driver. Unfortunately the PathFinder... nor the Armada were big enough in cabin space (in the front two rows) for this to work. Our sales person asked what other car we had looked at that would fit his frame, and we said the Subaru Ascent fit. He acted like we were lying because the Ascent is smaller than the Armada. Total size wise sure, but not the cabin space that is necessary for us. He then wanted to sit us down inside to talk about pricing the Armada (which didn't fit!!!!!). The owner came out and started talking about a used Armada. Obviously there was no communication - it wasn't the price that was an issue and we aren't even considering used cars. If it doesn't fit my husband's frame then it doesn't fit. I wanted to look at a van. I was told Nissan doesn't make fans. I looked online and found there is one called the NV Passenger that may meet our needs, but I would go to another city to see it before I would go back to Hunter. Today they called my husband again to ask him about Pathfinders and Armadas. H is for harassment and it's also for Hunter Nissan.

My overall experience has been excellent. Stephanie showed genuine care bringing to my attention some badly needed brake work that two previous garages... had failed to notice. The waiting room/facilities provided all I needed to be very comfortable while I waited. They cleaned my car and filled my washer fluid too! Having repairs done on a car can be difficult financially. I want to thank the service department and Stephanie for taking the sting out of the situation by providing not only the best possible service experience but also for the kindness.

My husband and I were deeply disappointed in our experience with the owner of this dealership. Our salesperson was a young man in training who was left... on his own to help us and was not given the resources or tools to answer any of our questions. We were about to leave when the owner came and introduced himself to us, enticed us to stay, and sent a more experienced sales person to help us. We test drove a Murano SL and asked them to run some numbers for us. After quite some time, the owner apologized and said that he would like for us to wait until the next day to finish the deal as new incentives would be introduced in the morning and that he would be in contact. We waited until 3pm the following day and we never heard from anyone. My husband and I stopped by to see if they had finished running the numbers. We asked the owner. We were told he was unavailable. No one there was aware of our previous dealings. We explained that we drove a Murano SV the day before and that we would like to see an SL as it had all of the features we were looking for. We waited about 10 minutes and the salesperson brought the Murano SV instead of the SL. My husband and I were confused and asked why he brought the SV which we already drove the day before instead of the SL. The salesperson stated that Mr. Hunter told him not to bring the SL because he felt that the SV was closer to our price range. We were extremely surprised and insulted. The owner never came to speak with us. We would have liked to support our hometown dealer, However, we decieded to take our business elsewhere. The dealer there was extremely helpful and courteous. My husband and I were devasted after the salesperson explained that all incentives ended on the night that the owner at the original dealer asked us to wait until the next day. He cost us thousands of dollars.
