    I found a Nissan Altima on line. I was contacted by Cindy Rice, the enternet sales person. She hooked me up with Hunter Nissan in Hendersonville. I didn't think i could handle the payments as i'm on a fixed income. Had only a little over 100$ dollars to spend.. The car had only 73000 miles on it and it was a 2006 !! couldn't pass it up !! Went on down town to look at it and loved it. It looked brand new. They had a carfax on it and i could see how well it had been taken care of.. So we started to negotiate the price and payments. I feel they bent over backwards to help me get this car.. Signed the papers and came home with it. Very Happy Customer here !!

    We purchased our 2016 Murano from Hunter Nissan and we had the best experience. Jordan, Jason and Brian made the whole process so smooth and simple. It was great to meet a staff that truly understands customer service. Thanks to the entire staff. They really do mean it when they say you come first.

    After being turned away by other Dealerships in the area, (My family and I were beginning to get discouraged, we had 0 credit) Until we stopped in at Hunter Nissan. David Folsom and the rest of the team that helped us were Awesome, They found a way to get us approved and wanted to help us build our credit, now we are riding around in a brand new Nissan Rogue!     I recently purchased a pre-owned Ford F-150 from Hunter Nissan. When I arrived, I was immediately welcomed by Keith who helped me with the whole process. I showed him my pre-approval for financing and he let me take the truck for a ride. He addressed all the issues I had with it and was very knowledgeable about vehicle which was surprising since it was a Nissan dealer and the salesman at the Ford dealer I had visited earlier didn't even know as much. We negotiated a price and he explained everything to me in an honest yet understandable way, so within a few hours, I was leaving in a nice pickup. If you go, I would highly recommend Keith as your sales person. He is very straight forward and values his customers. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He never seemed pushy and never acted like I was getting a great deal, because we both knew that I was paying about an average price for the vehicle. Even when we were looking over the financing rates, he never pressured me to sign. The next day, I brought the truck back in and the staff installed a new battery, new tail light, checked the fluids, confirmed the oil had been changed within the last 100 miles, detailed it and filled it up from empty. I was not expecting that kind of service at all!

    Recently we took our aging Nissan Xterra by for a potentially expensive repair. Mike was able to find us a much much cheaper solution even though he could have told us it was a very expensive repair. We greatly appreciate his honestly and will continue to take all our vehicles to Hunter Nissan for their services. Thank you Mike for your dedication and friendship.

    THIS WAS QUITE THE EXPERIENCE FOR ME. I WENT IN ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH - OCT.31,2015. I WAS THERE WELL OVER FIVE HOURS IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING A NEW 2015 NISSAN SENTRA. THEY WERE QUITE BUSY TO SAY THE LEAST. FINALLY GOT DONE AND I GOT TO TAKE THE CAR HOME WITH ME - EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT BUT ONE IMPORTANT ITEM - A SECOND KEY. NO-ONE KNEW WHERE THIS KEY WAS. SO, HAD TO GO BACK ON MONDAY 11-2-2015 TO SIGN MORE PAPERWORK. WHILE THERE, CAR WENT INTO SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR SOME FOLLOW-UP DEALER PREP. THEY WERE TO ALSO GET ME A SECOND KEY. WELL, I LEFT THERE WITHOUT THIS MUCH NEEDED SECOND KEY. TOLD IT WOULD BE MAILED TO ME. NEVER RECEIVED THIS KEY IN THE MAIL. CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO THEM IN ORDER TO HAVE THE KEY PROGRAMED TO THE CAR. 11-09-2015 I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AT 8AM AND IT WENT BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO HAVE THE KEY MADE. IT ONLY TOOK AN HALF HOUR FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. A TOTAL OF WELL OVER 9 HOURS OF TIME IN THREE DAYS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A SECOND KEY. THIS IS WHY I GAVE A THREE STAR RATING ON THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We would have mailed one to you but the vehicle must be present as the key is programmed to the ignition to help control the possibility of vehicle theft.     My husband and I drove from Asheville to look at a specific car when we arrived, the car had been moved to another location. No problem. We were driven there. We returned to the original location with the salesman and were told we would have to go. Ack to the other location for a price. No, just call us with a price. We proceeded to our car. The salesman ran to our car and said we could get a price if we came back in. We did. It would be another 15 to 20 minutes for a price. We again said to call with a price and left. We finally get a call asking us to return the next day for a price. No,new don't have time for games. We knew exactly what we wanted and were prepared to pay cash. Lost our business over silly games

    I had been shopping for a new vehicle, went to this dealership and everyone was so friendly and helpful they made it an easy decision to buy from Hunter Nissan. The Altima I purchased is a great vehicle, the salesman pointed out all the highlights and disadvantages of every car I looked at. I would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and wanting to deal with nice and reasonable people. The app wouldnt let me apply any stars to 3 of the ratings... But I'd give 5 stars all around.
