    my wife & i made an online offer for a 2008 hyundai tiburon. the internet sales manager jim responded promptly that the sales manager had an interest in making our offer happen. we went to the store the following day and asked for jim. he was quite busy and a gentleman named john came to our assistance. he brought up the vehicle we were interested in and parked it next to our 2004 tiburon that we planned to trade. we loved that 2004 but a small issue that kept costing us too much money over our 4 year ownership recently came back to haunt us and we decided hesitatingly to see if we could trade up to the last year the tiburon was built. we were treated more like friends than a customer and it ended up that a barrier of about 800 dollars was preventing a deal from going down. as a last resort to overcome this barrier john asked if he could try to get us financed instead of using our own that we for our own reasons preferred to stay with. in 5 minute time the finance manager, dave ran outside to us announcing that we were "gonna love him." he succeeded in getting us an interest rate so low that the 800 dollar barrier gave us not only a lower payment but almost 600 dollars in interest savings over our existing note on the trade which also had a decent rate!! at that point the wife and i couldnt do anything except take the 2008! while the experience at the store was extremely enjoyable it was actually fun to buy a car. we say fun because the 2 cars were left sitting side by side in front of the store the whole time were there. for some reason even at this high dollar lincoln dealer the 2 tiburons were attracting some attention from the staff as well as i suspect, other customers. we probably should not say this as the dealer might change its tactics, but after some time had passed and all the attention our trade attracted, the atmosphere seemed to change to the dealer was more interested in getting its hands on our trade rather than actually selling us the 2008 car!! for the dealer this meant it had to get us into the 2008. with that in mind we sure couldnt say we were pressured into buying as never at any time did that arise. it was simply offer-counteroffer, offer- counteroffer. while the negotiations up til we agreed to let the dealer get us financed did take a long time, but hey we had nothing better to do and we were having fun and coffee, so who cared!! the financing paperwork went quick while dave explained many of the legalities involved in having a dealer license along with what must be done by a dealer to sell a vehicle. in the meantime the car got gassed up and prepped and john helped us transfer belongings be all the while we all were joking about getting confused about which car was ours and which was theirs. we enjoyed our shopping spree at the store and love the car even tho we kinda miss the 2004 as it did have things about it we liked over the later models but hey its a used car, not like we got to choose the options, just find a happy medium with whats around!

    shopping around time and wanted to check out the inventory, its george & mary schaefer again, checking back in with your store, just wanted to let everyone know that after 2 years passed since you sold us our 2008 silver Hyundai Tiburon that it is still running strong and hasnt been troublesome at all. needless to say we couldnt keep our hands off it as the "mod bug" hit and you probably wont recognize it anymore now that its in full KDM trim!! thanks again for a great deal on what has been a decent car.

    Had a great experience with my used vehicle purchase from this store. It was a comfortable buying process and my price I received on the purhase was better than any dealer within 200 miles. I will be sure to have my family & friends look these guys up when they are ready to purchase! Don't pass these guys up - promise you'll be very happy!
