Purchased new truck

Collin was my sale rep. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. Me and my family will be buying all of our future vehicles from crossroads ford in Sanford, NC.

Recall work and vehicle inspection.

Very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I was in and out in less time than expected. They also have a shuttle service that can take you to where you need to be for the day, that is very helpful if you have to get back to work or some other obligations.

Quality in Service

The service department of Crossroads Ford of Sanford went beyond my expectations. My truck is well taking care becase the work ethic of the people in this department. I love working with kristi Setzer, she takes the time to understand the maintenance needs of my truck.

Great Dealership, Nice People

A very good experience. They were low pressure and answered my questions. I have not purchased a car but if I do decide to buy a Ford I will definitely go back!
