I write an absolutely true and scathing review about Valley Isle motors. I got a response from “someone“ they didn’t bother to leave their name, asking... ME to call THEM. I called the dealership and was put in touch with the secretary of the secretary of the secretary who said that whomever is supposed to be calling me back And no one knew with whom I should speak, was probably in a meeting.The next day get a call from a car salesman saying “ I understand you contacted us because you want to buy a new vehicle.” I told him I would never buy another vehicle from Valley Isle motors. He just confirmed how disorganized and unprofessional this dealership is.And that no one knew with whom I should speak, When I told them I was asked to call. General manager was in In a meeting; manager of sales in a meeting; manager of service want available manager of not any departing nor was the owner, Jim Falk available. NEVER EVER, I repeat NEVER EVER BUY anything from Valley Isle motors. Someone can easily pull my sales record from March 18 last year get my phone number and call me. But that might be too much work I have a messed this Sale up from day one. I should never have taken delivery of the car.

If there were (-) stars I would rate this company with a (-10), I was warned when I decided to look at Lincolns that VALLEY ISLE MOTORS is ok for buying... but TERRIBLE in service and repairs. TERRIBLE is an UNDERSTATMENT. For 3 months! Three Months! They had my car trying to determine what was wrong. They played cat and rat with the insurance company. My wiring harnesses had been chewed by a rat and after it taking and entire month for them to figure it out, they messed around and messed around, all the time telling me it was being taken care of. They played cat and rat with my insurance company. Round and Round and Round, never getting my car fixed. After 3 months, I said Enough is Enough! I contacted my insurance company and had the car towed to another repair shop. VALLEY ISLE MOTORS had 2 days notice yet, they left the steering wheel a part, the dash apart, a box of chewed insulation and rat crap in my trunk, AND to add insult to injury, the driver's seat was FILTHY!!!! 5200 miles on my car and my beautiful cream colored upholstery and my drivers seat was a mess with grease from coveralls and dirty clothes. The carpet was dirty and the driver's door panel was visibly kicked and propped open by oily, dirty boots. I was told it would be cleaned. Well, after 3 months of my car just sitting there, I had it towed to another garage that immediately ordered the parts and is getting my car fixed. The wheel well on the front driver's side is missing. That wasn't part of the repairs, so where is it? The hood is misaligned and no longer closes so that it is flush with the front quarter panel. That wasn't part of the repairs so why is this misaliagned? The back seat has rubbish all over it. The panel between the back seat and the trunk is flithy. I am thoroughly disgusted and annoyed and angry as xxxx over the disregard and unprofessional treatment of my brand new car. The service manager said he would check into my complaints...SURPRISE he never got back to me. If you want a vehicle, DON'T buy any brands from VALLEY ISLE MOTORS. I should have bought a Lexus. I'd at least be treated with respect and wouldn't have had my car sitting doing nothing for 3 months. I would have been given attention and had follow up calls weekly instead of my having to hunt down the 'service rep' who never answered his phone and would return my calls a day or two later. In addition to this terrible service. VALLEY ISLE MOTORS does not participate in ANY of Lincoln's national programs. No service follow up. No loaners. No pick up. NOTHING. When asked why they didn't have loaners, they said, "We don't participage in this program." If that is the case Lincoln should not be represented by Jim Falk and his compay VALLEY ISLE MOTORS. All Jim Falk is concerned about is how much money he can get from you. I was forewarned by 2 different people not to buy anything from VALLEY ISLE MOTORS...I so which I had listened. If I can save one person the agony and attitude from these people then I have done my part. You may like Fords or other Brands that VALLEY ISLAND MOTORS handles but I will tell you this from more than one person's experience DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. You will be ticked off every time you have to take your vehicle in. I heard it in the waiting room too. Such a shame that my beautiful, brand new car has been undrivable for 6 months and VALLEY ISLE MOTORS couldn't care less. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from JIM FALK AND VALLEY ISLAND MOTORS..

I am never disappointed at the service level at Valley Isle Ford. Competent staff and very knowledgeable Service Department. My vehicle is taken care... of so that I do not have to worry.
Quick and inexpensive. James was attentive and efficientl.

Excellent service, professional attitude, explained repairs performed. Work performed on a timely basis
Sales staff was great. Booking service by phone is a joke. Don?t bother. However online is super easy. Service was prompt. Service staff were very polite... and competent. No complaint. The waiting room could be more comfortable and offer more amenities. Not much there
