I was recently shopping for a new truck and looked at Crain. The employees were very friendly and courteous the entire time I was visiting.
We was treated very well, and they fixed the problem.
Check-in agent was very professional. Oil was changed and a recall service was said to have been accomplished. The oil change lane garage door was no
t opened when the business day started and that is where I was waiting. A 'no entry' sign in plain sight would have discouraged me from waiting there and, in effect, losing my place in line.
