Treated so poorly and unprofessional

Had purchased a car here previous...but never again. Strung me along with emails and texts..get there...car has check engine light...bad windshield...and car features turned off. (as they don't work). Check engine was not offered to be fixed...bad oil pressure and the amount offered for trade was wholesale. (Guess they didn't want to do business)

2017 Ford Escape

Love everything about this vehicle. The only downside is there was only one key fob. The dealer did not offer to supply another. A $250.00 cost to us.

New Tires

I had both scheduled maintenance and 3 tires replaced with no hassle on my 2014 Explorer.

Terrible Service Experience

I took my truck in a couple weeks ago for an oil change, flush, rotate/balance, and an alignment. My truck was there all day, but they didn't complete the alignment. The alignment was already written up in my service paperwork, so I paid for it with the advice to bring it back any day to get the alignment completed. I called another day and was told I could bring it in for the alignment, so I brought it in before 8:00. My truck was there all day, and they still didn't complete the alignment. The service guys were nice enough, but I couldn't get any answer as to why the service wasn't performed. I requested a refund for the service and left. I was told the service manager would call me. He did. I tried to return his call a couple times, but I haven't been in touch with him. I guess I learned my lesson about using Crain Ford of Little Rock.

Stephen is the best salesman I have ever had. He helps you but does not pressure you and does everything he can to help you get in the right car/truck for you. I am very pleased with my car and will forever go back to the same dealer and salesman for all of my car/truck needs.

Poor management.

As soon as I bought the truck the check engine light came on and they wanted to wait to even look to find out why when you spend 50K on a vehicle I think it should be priority to make sure customers are happy and safe.

Nice dealership

Had a good selection of trucks had good prices. Dealt with a salesman named “big Mike” great guy. I recommend if your looking for a vehicle go to Crain and ask for big Mike. I wasn’t sure which truck I wanted and never felt pressured or pushed by anyone there. They let me pick what I wanted and just provided me the info on each vehicle I inquired about. I’ll do business there again in a few years.
