OMG!! Never knew it was so easy to purchase a car!
I went in thinking it was going to be a hassle and boy was I proved wrong right away. Silvestre greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smiling friendly face and made my husband and I feel really welcome. Throughout the entire process he listened and catered t our every needs and we ended up landing on the perfect vehicle that checked all of the boxes for our growing family. Thank you everyone at the dealership. We will certainly be back in the future!

GMC Seaford DE Accessory Install
The service team is lazy and tries to take shortcuts in order to save time which results in attempting to do the job incorrectly. I would not recommend HERTRICH service.

STAY AWAY
The absolute worst dealership around. Do not use them for anything, I mean anything at all. I would not buy nor have anything worked on there. All they want it to take your money, like to you and rip you off.

This is an awful dealership w awful customer service!...
This is an awful dealership w awful customer service! They sold a car out from under me after promising to hold it until Monday. I had to leave town for an emergency my grandfather was in his last days and I spoke directly to finance manager and asked several times to clarify that yes they would be holding it for me. He gave me his word. I offered to hold with a deposit they said not necessary. I had sold my car that day so was planning on having a car to pick up Monday morning. I messaged my salesman Monday morning to set up a time to pick up my new car. I was then told it had been sold my they would look for a better one for me and give it to me for the same price. I was never contacted by the manager or my salesman about a replacement which was definitely known they would not be able to find in today’s market. They knew exactly what they were doing ! Awful. Two weeks later I still have no car and had to take an u we to my grandfathers funeral. They never offered me a rental in the meantime or anything! Customer service rating is actually a negative!
