Waste of time
They’re really disorganized and lack clear communication with customers. I was told so many different things that I ended up leaving confused and without a car. Before I went in I called to ask some basic questions and was repeatedly told I didn’t need a down payment and they would work with me on getting the right car. I go in, I’m told the same thing again. I finally find a car I like within the budget they gave me and I’m told they’re going to start the financing process. Then, they come to ask me if I could put down a $4.5k down payment on the car that day!!! And they also did not match the max monthly payment amount I told them I could afford. I told them nevermind and I wanted to walk out but they insisted they could help me with 0 dollars down and the payment amount I wanted. They come back to tell me to go look at another car I DIDNT want or even know about because “that’s what I got approved for.” So what car were they even trying to approve me for the whole time? It’s almost like they were desperate for me to just take ANYTHING. I ended up walking out, and after they still called and texted me insisting I come back and get vehicles I wasn’t interested in purchasing. When I said no, they asked me if I could borrow money to make a down payment on the car I did want!! I also saw they ran my credit many times and I had no idea. Honestly disappointing and so unprofessional. I wasn’t expecting to have such a negative time there. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the associate who showed me the cars but he was actually super nice and friendly.

My husband and I felt that all employees who work at this location did a wonderful job helping us through the car buying process. I feel that some of the lower score reviews on here. absolutely do not reflect the individuals at this location. Thanks to Matt Haskins for going above and beyond to help us in finding the right lender. Great Job everyone Keep up the Great Work that you do.

Wonderful!
Everything was beyond perfect ! They were super friendly and news nothing Ike other dealerships ! They literally sat down past their end of their shifts and worked with me for 2 days to provide me with the best expirence I’m 18, and haven’t established credit and they were amazing ! They did not take advantage of me not knowing anything! :) they did not pressure me either ! Brandon the lead manager at the West Super Car Guys In WICHITA was AMAZING ! My Partents loved him and my step dad did too, and he likes nobody. Brandon was full of energy and just got me absolutely the best deal! Now I’m in a 2017 Hyundai Accent SE! 💕💕 Go to Brandon he will take care of you ! Bernie was amazing there also when I was waiting he would wait with me and talk to me and not small talk it was like adult to adult and it was amazing. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or anything. AMAZING !

Smooth and Easy
From the time I walked into the Supercar Guys East location and asked, if there was a particular Camaro SS on the lot! I was very fortunate to have had Chris Fontaine make contact with me in the lobby, because from the moment I identified a vehicle I wanted he helped tremendously. As a veteran you never want praise, but you do appreciate being recognized, for you service to country and everyone I encountered at the Supercar Guys lot thanked me for my service. In my opinion and, because my experience was non-intrusive and I recommend visiting the East location and talking with Chris and other staff members. Thanks Alex Cain / Chris Fontaine (Supercar Guys East), for one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in the last 20 years.

Great car buying experience
I usually don't do any car shopping on Saturdays because it's a busy day. This time it was the only day I had. As it turns out, Super Car Guys (East) was pretty busy, but the staff was well prepared and we never felt like we were lost in the shuffle. Our salesman, Jeff, made sure everything went very smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way. Within a few hours we had traded our old car for really nice newer one and were out the door. Everyone we dealt with treated us like friends and they even provided pizza and drinks for the customers (a Saturday thing, I believe). We had a very positive experience with Super Car Guys and will definitely come back when we need another car.

Outstanding place to get a car

Very bad customer service car not on lot
Had to leave work early to make appointment to see vehicle . upon arrival was in formed vehicle was sent to another lot for another customer 1 hour earlier what a waste of my time maybe a call would have been the least they could have done DONT GO HERE

Great experience
I was very skeptical going to supercar guys because my first experience with them 4 years ago wasnt the best. But I didn't go to the same supercar guys I went to a different one on a different side of town. They were great! They help me trade in my car for an newer one. Everyone was very nice and understanding with my past situation. THANK YOU so much Supercar guys!
