    On June 29th, we purchased a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Our salesperson worked very hard for us to ensure we got a good deal. However, when the car was brought... around to leave, it wouldn't start. The dealer really stepped up and provided a loaner car for the rest of the weekend. On Monday, she contacted us to let us know they had found a faulty ignition component that they had already repaired. To that point in the process, they were excellent. However, there were two other "we owe" items (items the dealer was to repair) that have not been addressed for over 2 weeks. We have contacted them several times, but still no parts.

    Their internet sales were perfect. Geoffrey when out of his way to help make this deal happen since I was buy the car and had to have it ship to Hawaii.... Will be my first choice if I can find the car I am looking for locally. Thanks again

    Seller (and buyer) beware! A agent of Lou Fusz posed as a individual buyer telling us that his manager "was financing" the car on his behalf. After we... sold the car to "him", we saw it posted the next day under the Lou Fusz banner on cars.com. I am not sure if this practice is common place, but we certainly lost a lot of respect for the company which has been around in the St. Louis area for awhile. I would think twice about what someone from this company tells you if I was buyer or selling a car.
