Salesman, Moe, was helpful and informed. Process went smoothly. Saw the truck on cars.com and went to Springfield to buy. The dealership was a very nice facility.

I scheduled an appointment to have an aftermarket item

I scheduled an appointment to have an aftermarket item installed on my vehicle, part was ordered, time scheduled, I arrived a little early. Service advisor was a little late. 4 hours later I’m still waiting for a 2 hour job to be complete. Apparently the tech went to lunch. I’ll go to another dealership for anything else I need done.

We were pleased with the overall buying experience at Corwin Ford. The dealership did a great job of cleaning up the vehicle in and out. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about what he was selling. The entire process of viewing, driving and purchasing the vehicle went quicker than we expected based on previous experiences at other dealers.
