    Michael Casey was our salesperson, and he was was extremely helpful, patient with our questions, and personable. Buying a car can be stressful and total drudgery. His professionalism made the process enjoyable and as painless as possible.

    I was told my car would be finished on Friday then when I went Friday to pick it up I was told nope it'll be done Saturday before noon then when I called Saturday they said nope for sure it will be done Monday morning by lunch and then I called Monday morning after setting up rides to pick me up and drop me off from work and they told me it would be ready by 5 o'clock Monday afternoon then about 430 I called to make sure it's ready and then I was told it wasn't done today it will be done Tuesday by noon , I had arrangements set up for the Monday pick up and now I have no way of picking up my vehicle on Tuesday and it's very frustrating because I was told three different days at three different times and none of them were true I will never bring my vehicle back to Don Wessel Honda to have it serviced again just tell me the honest truth the first time instead of stringing me along very poor customer service very dissatisfied.

    I've been looking for a new 2016 Honda Fit. Don wessel dealership wasn't able to discount to my satisfaction. Currently I am looking at other dealers and brands.

    This is our 3rd vehicle from Don Wessel. I can think of no other place to go. Shane Norman was kind, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. Pat Griffis, whom we've dealt with from our last purchase was fantastic. Please pass on our appreciation to these two professionals, not to mention the fine gentlemen in the service dept, as they've proven time and again the outstanding support after the sale.     Don Wessel Honda is centered around providing excellent service. This was my first time there and I was about 20 min early for my appointment so I parked outside until it got closer to my scheduled appointment. A gentleman came out to see if I was there for car service and said to pull right in. They seek out ways to help people. They are quick and proficient and go over all of the service details with you before you leave.
