Terrible customer experience
One of the worst sales experiences I've ever had. I've been a loyal Honda owner for almost 25 years and thought I would check out Acura. Literally had the manager tell me he "had better things to do". Never again.
This was my favorite dealer. They used to be great. I was able to take my MDX in for service, grab a drink at their cafe and a bag of chips while I awaited service. Fast forward. Now, no drinks, no chips, nothing. Ah yes, because of coved I’m sure. Seems like Covid has become a great excuse to under deliver to a customer. I guess covid somehow would magically jump in a sealed bag of Lays potatoe chips. Just be honest. You are trying to save money...fine, but don’t blame everything on covid. Oh, and they no longer wash your car after it gets serviced...because of ‘’covid.’’Somehow they can bring your car into the service bay and that’s okay, but not a few extra feet to what was once the wash bay. No, what was once a great dealership has become blah.
This car has a bold athletic exterior, safety features, lots of technology, spacious, leatherrr yaaas!!! The V-6 has more power, fuel economic , just test drive it, then you know what I’m talking about! I love it!!

A great experience at Jay Wolfe Acura - Springfiel
I just completed a sales transaction at Acura of Springfield, and, for the first time in my 69 years, this buying experience was delightful! I have dealt with dealerships all over this great country since I was 15 and this certainly was the best I have ever had. From dealing with my Sales Associate, Dustin Fleener, to the young lady who operates the coffee bar, through, and including, the Business Manager, Brad Adams. From the moment I walked through the door I was met with sincere smiles, professional personnel and treatment, and, above all, no hard sales tactics. I was allowed to walk through the inventory, look at every car, and ask any question I might have. The sales process was a dream come true. I was given a more than fair trade-in allowance that was firm for any vehicle I bought, from the highest priced to the lowest. The new vehicle's price was prominently listed and, from my recent shopping experiences, more than fair. Not once did Dustin try to pressure me or influence my decision with fake pricing and false claims. Once my decision was made, Dustin filed all the necessary paperwork and then led me to Brad Adams form financing options. Again, absolutely professional. Brad asked what interest rate I would like to pay, what if any additional cash I was willing to put down, and then started his search. He did an excellent job, found the type and grade of financing I wanted, and allowed me all the time necessary to reach a decision. Again, no pressure, just treatment like a man who knew what he wanted. Truly a pleasure to deal with these folks. I would recommend the dealership to any one including my best friends and family!
Great & Friendly Service
While I did not wind up purchasing a vehicle from Acura of Springfield, I still have no problem recommending a visit to this dealer if you're in the market. My wife and I worked with Aaron Meier, who was very knowledgeable of the products on his lot, as well as a great listener who didn't waste time showing us vehicles out of our price range or that were sporting features we weren't interested in. Both of us felt comfortable and not at all uneasy while test driving the car with Aaron in the backseat, and there was absolutely no pressure from him to buy that day. The price of the vehicle we were focusing on was a fair one, but unfortunately the main deal killer for us was the mileage, which obviously has nothing to do with Aaron or the dealership. Even though we did not buy from Aaron this time, I certainly would in the future, and again, have no problem recommending you visit this dealer and work with Aaron.
We had a great experience at Acura of Springfield. They took their time working with us, answering questions, and weren't too pushy. We wanted to think about our potential purchase over night before we went through with it and that wasn't a problem with them.
