Do NOT buy from here. I bought a Ford Hybrid from this dealership on 12/31/2024, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare since. The car was sold without a lien release, so I couldn’t even take possession for 2 full months. There was no urgency from them to fix the issue, and I had to constantly call for updates. The sales process is manipulative. The sales agent kept asking what monthly payment I could afford, then ignored my stated limit and pushed higher payments, using phrases like “we’re trying to get you the best deal” while mentioning features I liked during the test drive. They quoted me a specific interest rate and payment, had me sign a pre-agreement, and then during final signing, someone else swoops in with “Good news! We got your rate down and added coverage!” Sounds good—except they don’t explain the coverage or give you any choice. You’re handed a tablet, and that’s the only time you touch it. They take it out of your hands, quickly skim through the contract while clicking all the signatures and initials for you, speeding past the pages where the expensive add-ons are buried. Ask a question, and you get vague reassurances like “It covers a lot, it’s a great plan,” then they rush to get you out the door with no physical breakdown of your service contract or options. You leave stuck with coverage you didn’t choose, and the payment you agreed to—even if you cancel, your monthly payment doesn’t change. Then four months later, my check engine light comes on. Surprise—they don’t work on Ford hybrids. How was a proper inspection even done before selling it? I called the MPP service company and was initially told I had great coverage—only to find out later they told me the wrong plan. My mechanic called and was told nothing is covered under the plan I was sold. I was forced into a low-tier EV/Hybrid package that doesn’t include major hybrid components like the battery system I would have chosen. Now I’m stuck paying $1,667 out-of-pocket to repair a hybrid cooling system—just six months after purchase, and after only four months of actual use. (The issue can cause my vehicle to catch on fire.) Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They violate every MO State Law around fair disclosure and contract transparency. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
