Called for service appointment on 4/15/24, left message.

Called for service appointment on 4/15/24, left message. No one returned my call for three days. Called again on 4/18/24 was told to drop off car on 4/22/24. Received estimate for $882. Gave permission to fix. Called on 4/24/24 to see if car was ready, sent to voice mail. No return call again! Drove to dealership. Service employee sitting on his phone, no wonder he couldn't return a call again. Car ready, bill over $1000, did not even wash it. Called asked to speak to service manager, never have received a call. This car has 53000 miles on it, paid cash, never should of had a leak in the air conditioning. This was my second purchase from Cole, NEVER again will you have my business. Manage your help or close your doors, business is about service.

If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle at cole Nissan in Kalamazoo, Mi. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Titan with the assistance of nick and I couldn’t be happier through the whole buying experience. In addition this vehicle was shipped from Michigan to South Carolina and Mr. Aranda took the reins and guided me through the whole process answering all of my questions and concerns along the way. When the truck arrived I was extremely happy and more importantly the buying process was a pleasure thanks to nick at Cole Nissan. In a world where common sense and customer service seems to be diminishing, take note of a gentleman who has learned his craft. Very knowledgeable and friendly salesmen.

Very knowledgeable and friendly salesmen. They went way out of their way to help us! We weren't actually expecting to drive a vehicle home today, but because of their phenomenal help, we were able to! I highly recommend this dealership, and when you go, ask for Joe!! He's such a kind, wonderful, helpful salesman.

Called my salesman for refund after my first PMA (oil

Called my salesman for refund after my first PMA (oil change + tire) August 2023. When he was selling the PMA i said; if i get 2/yr thats $83/visit. He didn't say that the first 2 are free, but the service man did as he gave me a receipt for tire rotation. I took before/after tire pictures to prove that the work was not done-actually 125+per visit. Now in February I made a 2hr appointment for recall+door-button error. I showed service the picture of dash warning(as described for appointment). they were busy, He said 45min.... 'you need to make another appointment for the door. Kyle called me to say that he was sending a refund check...should have received 3 weeks ago..... dFranK

Thumbs up, Nick and Jai

My son was looking for a vehicle and made contact with Nick. When we met with their financial officer, Mr. Paxton, he helped us to consider the options for financing, even if it meant using our own bank. They were low-pressure but eager to help; Nick was very quick to reply, even after hours. They were easy to work with, patient, and professional. Thanks, Nick and Jai, for making this a positive experience for my son and me.

Devon made buying my Pathfinder easy! I live about an hour and a half from the dealership and he was willing to meet me with the vehicle since I had such a busy schedule. The entire process was very easy and fast. Very happy with my purchase and the service that was provided.
