On 10/24/23 I went to Crown VW looking to buy a used 2023 ID.4 Aurora Red Metallic with 3000 miles on it. I'd been to other dealerships and was expecting the same old song and dance, so my expectations were low, but nothing ventured nothing gained right? From the very minute I walked through the front door, it was a totally different experience in a fantastic way. I was greeted immediately by the sales associate I had spoken with via email, and we started looking at ID.4's. I ended up still sticking with the red used one cause it was the most beautiful color and the price was too good to pass up. We sat down talked about was I wanted to pay, what I wanted out of my trade in, etc. Van took my figures to Jake the manager and he got the deal done without coming back with counter offers or any of that nonsense. For the first time I felt like they were fighting to get me the deal I wanted, not the deal they were gonna give me. After signing the papers with Adam the finance guy, who's got a great personality as well, Van the sales associate pulled the ID.4 around front after charging it up for me, and explained every aspect of the vehicle until I was completely knowledgeable about everything before driving off the lot. This was my second EV so I was already familiar with charging and all that. But there were a lot of different features that I needed to know and Van spared no expense to make sure I knew about them all. If you're tired of the same old games, lies, and terrible customer dealership experiences, I recommend you check out Crown VW. It's the new gold standard for how car buying should be at a dealership.

Great experience with dealership and Colton is a salesman who listens and isn’t pushy on buying and is very patient.. The employees were all very nice and dealership is kept very clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same experience in another Toyota dealership so I was very impressed with this one!!

I had the best experience working with Tristan. He was very patient with me and explained my different options to me. I didn’t know much about cars and was anxious about buying a new one. Tristan was very upfront with me and open about the car-buying process. My family has trusted him with all their car needs for years, so rest assured he is the guy for you.

We had a few hiccups while honing in on the vehicle that fit all of our criteria, but Joe Higdon at Crown was a joy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We bought a certified VW Tiguan at a very good price and couldn’t be happier with it. Joe even sprung for Bluetooth cables for both of our phones, and threw in a box of assorted chocolates for good measure! All in all a very good experience (and I hate buying cars).

I have been a customer at Crown since I purchased my first car when I was 16 years old! Since then they have always treated me with respect and always make sure I understand any repairs or maintenance needed. Recently I have been working with Tristian Bland, and I could go on and on about how great he is! He has the knowledge and determination to help you. Tristian also make sure even after your purchase that you're happy and there's nothing you would change about the transaction. It's comforting to know in todays world there's a company that cares about you and not just making money.
