Sierra was absolutely amazing. I've been turned down/away by so many different dealers new/used that I had my doubts with this one. She told me challenge accepted with my situation and boy did she exceed my expectations. When they told me congratulations I didn't know what to think or say. It didn't hit me until I got home that I got a brand new car no other owners before me with only 18 miles on it! Thank you Sierra and team you are the best.

I tried to buy a new car from Crown Volkswagen and they quoted 2 prices. Then when we decided on a price for my vehicle and the price for their vehicle, the told me I had to give a $1,500 non-refundable payment to hold the vehicle and if the vehicle still sold before I got there, the money could be used towards another vehicle. One huge problem with the non-refundable payment was there is only one vehicle that I want from Volkswagen and they only had one of those cars, they said it is their policy. They then told me I had to use their financing which was 2% higher than my own financing. They were very pushy and seemed almost desperate. The dealership from the used car manager, new cars sales person to the general manager seems dishonest and when I called the deal off, they sent 5 more emails, 3 calls and 2 texts. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible

I was very satisfied with my experience buying my RAV4 at Crown. Everyone I talked to was courteous and helpful. Randy Disoso was the best salesman I have had in years. The car was there in a timely fashion and Randy was very helpful and patient in showing all the details of operating the RAV4 Hybrid. I hope that I will have as good as of experience with service of the car in the future.

I can't rave enough about this dealership. This was the 3rd dealership we had been to in 2 days. Oh my goodness how refreshing true customer service is here. The previous 2 places were SO shady. Jude was freaking amazing at helping us find exactly what our KU student needed and such a great deal on the car. Chase was also fantastic with financing tips and tricks. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we are in our 50s, so that is a lot of dealerships. Just shop here first, so you won't regret any wasted time anywhere else!

Bought a new Jetta from Doug Hanshaw and the Crown team. Everyone was great and process was easy and straightforward. I didn't get a hard sell from the finance department which is a refreshing change from some of the dealers out there.
