    What an amazing facility. Big showroom and car lot attached with a newer looking customer waiting area. I was greeted by Ernest Smith and was walked through the inventory and service department. The wait was a little long but I was kept in the loop, my insurance took a little longer than expected. Very nice experience buying here.

    I made an appointment to test drive a minivan and received confirmation and a time. I drove 90 minutes to the dealership and was then told that not only was the price higher than what I had been told over the phone, but that they could not find the minivan I had an appointment to test drive. They then proceeded to try to sell me other vehicles that were much higher in price. AVOID!

    Very unprofessional. Dont waste your time coming here. I live three hours away and called multiple times to make sure that the car I was looking at was available and that I could come see it. We ended up driving four hours in rush hour traffic. When I got there, the place was unorganized and when I tried to get the attention of an employee, I was ignored as they continued to to talk to the other employees on staff. When I finally found where to go, the sales guy told me that the car wouldnt be there for another four days. That sort of miscommunication is unacceptable. This location has the worst customer service I have ever seen. To make things worse, the salesman said he would call me saturday morning and never did... what a waste of time

    I expressed interest, via cars.com and the dealership website, in one (1) specific pre-owned vehicle. I shared that I would be buying from out-of-state (NH - 4+ hours away). I even completed the online credit application - to show that I was a serious customer. I received numerous emails and phone calls from the 3rd party lead generation team attempting to setup a "visit to the dealership". I explained each time I was not in the area and asked for a sale/finance manager to call me. Never happened. I received a call from a, yet another 3rd party, survey company. I shared my dissatisfaction to the lack of response and was promised a call back within 24-48 hours. Never happened. At the time of writing this review I have already purchased a car (same make/model) from another dealership. Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge lost what should have been a very easy sale. Usually dealerships train the sales personnel to follow-through and follow-up sometimes to the point that it is overwhelming for the consumer. That would have been welcome in this instance.

    I have bought 2 cars here in the last few years and got a good deal on both. Cars were in nice condition, priced well, sales rep and managers friendly. The last car I waited a few hours to get out but this time it took about 90 minutes. My Audi was about $2000 less than other dealers.

    I am very disappointed with my experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I made an appointment to take a look at a vehicle and drove 90 mins to go see it. Spending most of my day in contact with the dealership ensuring that if I wanted the vehicle I would be able take it home that night. Numerous emails went back and forth along with a few phone calls. Before I left my house I called to ensure the vehicle was still for sale. I let them know that it would take me 90 mins to drive there and I asked them to please not sell that vehicle. As they knew I really wanted it and knew that I had financing I place. They ensured me not to worry about it and that they would not sell the car. They sold the car as I was walking into the dealership and I wasted 3 hours of my time. Very disappointed.

    Received and call from the dealer to see a used vehicle, set up date and time. On the day I received a confirmation call for my VIP appointment, fine. When i get there i get set up with a sales consultant, nice guy. He tells me he gonna get the keys to see the vehicle, comes back a few minutes later saying the vehicle was sold yesterday and that it had problems is there anything else i want to see. No i came here to see this vehicle why you trying to sell me something else. So what was the confirmation call for.
