    This morning I started calling dealerships about the flat tire on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, purchased in May from East Hills Chrystler. East hills directed me to call my warranty manufacturer, they directed me to call bayside, bayside told me they could change the tire Sept 14th (in close to 3 weeks?) the next dealership told me next week...I spent two hours on the phone trying to figure out what the issue is in getting a stupid tire fixed, that I pay $50 a month to be completely warranted. East Chester Chrystler got the car right in and out. Were so friendly and easy to deal with. Professional and courteous. Receptionist stayed on the phone with me and helped direct me on how to get in. Literally every single person that I dealt with has been fantastic. I will absolutely come here before anywhere else.

    I am very disappointed with my experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I made an appointment to take a look at a vehicle and drove 90 mins to go see it. Spending most of my day in contact with the dealership ensuring that if I wanted the vehicle I would be able take it home that night. Numerous emails went back and forth along with a few phone calls. Before I left my house I called to ensure the vehicle was still for sale. I let them know that it would take me 90 mins to drive there and I asked them to please not sell that vehicle. As they knew I really wanted it and knew that I had financing I place. They ensured me not to worry about it and that they would not sell the car. They sold the car as I was walking into the dealership and I wasted 3 hours of my time. Very disappointed.

    Barry, thank you for responding but I've tried to reach you by phone soooo many times with not one response. I tried emailing, facebook & even written lettters directed to you perseonally with NEVER a response. The only response I get is this "automatic reply" - "I'm sorry you are having trouble, p please call me at & you give your number but you never reply. DO WHAT IS RIGHT! If your dealership would just honor what I have in writing, then maybe some customer service issues I have will be resolved. Do what I have in writing, do what is promised customers & maybe there will be no future issues & only content & satisfied customers! Lemar, he at least returned my calls & tried to have his boss do what is right but honestly if he had a real team leader to STEP UP, then things would be written differently! **Talk to Bob Erickson about what was promised in writing & send the $300.00 check HE promised me for the dealerships error! AGAIN DO WHAT IS RIGHT!

    Received and call from the dealer to see a used vehicle, set up date and time. On the day I received a confirmation call for my VIP appointment, fine. When i get there i get set up with a sales consultant, nice guy. He tells me he gonna get the keys to see the vehicle, comes back a few minutes later saying the vehicle was sold yesterday and that it had problems is there anything else i want to see. No i came here to see this vehicle why you trying to sell me something else. So what was the confirmation call for.

    My experience with this dealer was not pleasant at all. As I am writing this review I am still waiting for a refund on my credit card from almost 2 weeks ago. First I went there to check a Dodge Durango R/T. I am currently leasing a Honda Odyssey. I wanted to compare both cars. I explained all that to the salesman because my lease finish in a year. Despite me refusing to not get excited about changing my car early he pushed for it and I understand it because he is salesman after all. I can say with 100% certainty that he did not know the product very well, to be honest I knew things about the car that he didn't. He checked my credit and gave me some numbers, worked down the price, even put it on paper to make them more legit. Next day, when I went to finish the deal suddenly all the numbers changed. I politely refused their offer and said that I was not interested anymore and that I wanted my full deposit back. To this day I have not receive my money and I am starting to think that I should contact the Better Business Bureau. In conclusion I do not recommend this dealer, from my experience they sell you dreams, they take your money, they don't want to return your money after that and lastly if you go online you can know more about their products than themselves. I give them 2 stars for cleanness of the place and the vehicle lineup.

    Rafael Salazar is in one word AWESOME!!! I was apprehensive since it was my first time financing a car and Rafael was very welcoming and patient. He takes time with each client to find the perfect vehicle without breaking your bank. If you're looking for a quality car and are on a budget this is the place to go. Rafael worked with me and made sure I had the best deal. Service is very friendly and welcoming.
