    Someone returned my calls and answered my inquiries but it was someone that wasn't a sales person and they just continued to try to have me make an appointment,... I ended up making a deal over the phone with a dealer closer so riverside lost a deal by not taking my calls and inquiry serious!!!

    I called this dealer asking for additional information and more exterior/interior pictures. Roy sent a few exterior ones, but no interior ones. When I... asked him about this, he said they were looking for the keys as we 'typed'. Never heard a word. I called on a couple more occasions and left messages for him to return my call and let me know where the pictures were. I have yet to hear from anyone. Poor customer service.

    I stopped by Riverside Autoplex in Muskogee for a oil change and tire rotation. When entering the dealership I was greeted warmly and shown the way to... the service department. After explaining I wanted synthetic oil and a tire rotation I was quoted a price I gladly agreed and was told I would be taken care of right away. After waiting more than a" hour and a half" a young tech came and asked me if I knew where my lug nut key was for my car. I told him if that service wasn't already completed not to do it I had to return to work. Within five minutes the service department told me my tire rotation and oil change was complete. I explained to the lady there was no way in five minutes they had completed a tire rotation without even having the proper tool. I was then told they had to go get the oil and it was higher than what I was quoted. So get comfortable if you get your car serviced, be prepared to pay more than your quote charged for services not completed(which was removed from the bill after they are caught), and be aware they don't have the proper equipment to due a tire rotation. The only reason I gave them any stars was the greeting at the door.

    I purchased a pre-owned Infiniti QX56 from Riverside. The transaction went smooth and we actually took care of everything by email/phone beforehand and... just had to sign the paperwork and drive away when we got there! They gave me a good price for my trade in. I was very pleased with the outcome and they also were able to get me a great finance rate - almost a full point lower than I was able to secure for myself.

    Contacted the dealer to inquire about a 2011 SRT8 Challenger. They were unwilling to negotiate even a nickel off the price. I bought a 2012 with less miles... and for less money from another dealer.
