    T.J. was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of my recent endever with my new Kia Soul. He was very genuine in meeting my special needs for my health issues and even was sweet enough to reach out and deliver my new car and the paperwork to my home making for a very pleasant experience.     We did business, we enjoyed our interactions with all personnel at the dealership. The facilities are low cost/bare bones - keeping overhead low is a good thing. We were very pleased and walked away with a deal we feel good about. If you are looking for a car that is on their used car lot you can be comfortable that you will be treated well.

    I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. We had a major engine failure in our 2012 KIA Sorento last week and I have been trying to get someone, including the General Manager, to respond to my numerous phone messages and emails for 4 days now. The vehicle is still under warranty but is not drivable. I'm thinking Fairfax Kia's philosophy is "ignore them and maybe they will go away".

    Six months after my purchase I had to have my car serviced for a problem. I ended up finding out the odometer reading they sold the car for was incorrect by 30,000 + miles. I now have thousands of dollars in repair bills for a high mileage car that was sold for low mileage. It is a federal crime to tamper with the odometer mileage. Dealers make billions extra a year for the upcharges of " low mileage" vehicles.

    I called the service department hoping to have my questions answered regarding a schedule maintenance of my car. The service manager, Kirolos was very rude, and argumentative. I am appalled that someone who lacks basic customer service skills is managing a service department. My questions were not answered, and what I thought would be a conversation handled in a civil and professional manner became a hostile and rude argument. The manager, Kirolos was lashing out uncontrollably, arguing and interrupting me. His behavior was unwarranted and he clearly needs rigorous training in customer service and management. I am very disappointed and if I can give negative or zero stars, it would be well deserved in this case. I would advise future customers to stay clear of this service department and research other options. Do not spend money where you're disrespected. Take your business were you're welcome and appreciated.

    Took my car ( bought new at this dealership) to check air bag light. Third time light came on under warranty. Now that car is out of warranty, They want to charge me to look at it ($125). Completely outrageous! Do not get your car serviced here. The new service manager is horrible-does not care about the customer. This is my second car here-never again.
