    My wife and I visited the Lawrence dealership and tried to order a 2017 Ram. We met with Dula Brown who tried to find a truck that met our needs but could not locate one. He told us he would call us the next day to work in ordering a truck for us. We never received a phone call so I moved onto another dealership. One week later, I received a phone call from customer service rep Cheyenne Cook. After explaining my displeasure with Dula, she asked me to email her the build sheet on my Ram and she would immediately get a sales manager to work up numbers on it. The sales manager never called me. The next day Cheyenne emailed me stating she was surprised a sales manager had not yet contacted me. I kindly voiced my concern about the lack of customer service and declined her offer at a third attempt to have someone contact me.

    First, this group tried to convince me of the wrong car that I came in looking for. Second, they waited past the 10 day payoff on my trade in, and now incurred 72.00, and expect me to pay it. Crap! They took ownership that day I traded it in, I will not pay anymore.

    We called to look at a car they had on the lot, knowing we had over an hour drive they said car was available. Once we got there the car was in the shop and they thought they could give us a better deal on a new one. Once they took us back to look at car in shop and they gave us a trade in price for our car, we asked that we be called as soon as the car was ready. Never did we recieve a call after numerous calls of us calling, we were told 5 different stories about this car. The sales manager Mike Wright was the worse one of the bunch, Never had the same story and very unrealiable, he was who we dealt with for the deal. He would never return our calls or said car was sold already. In all of ours years of buying a car this was the worst experience we ever had, this business has no professionalism, no one knew anything at anytime. Obviously they did not need a sale, and after reading some reviews I think they did us a favor anyway..

    We bought a 2006 Ford Escape from Briggs in August 2014. It did not pass safety inspection in Missouri and needed several hundred in repairs to pass. After contacting Briggs regarding this, we were told those were not safety issues. The vehicle required a few repairs over the next several months for another $1200. It was leaking oil in December and needed a new transmission for $2200. We are extremely disappointed in the low quality of cars sold at Briggs. Be sure to have your mechanic look at the car before buying from them. It could save you a lot of money.

    My Husband & I will have to say that our Sales Rep we dealt with in buying both cars from him.. He was awesome!.. I purchased my very first NEW American made car which I've always owned a Toyota Corolla / Camrys... My husband was very impressed with Eric Leroux who was our sales Rep for Husbands Avenger and my Chrysler 2015... Eric was not a Pushy person and was right there to assist us and very knowledgeable when it came to telling and showing us the features of my car... Eric is very personable and made you feel like you weren't being pressured in purchasing a car.. I would totally recommend Eric to help assist you in purchasing a Car... I love my new 2015 Chrysler 200 S ... Eric was able to answer all my questions before purchasing the car.. Very polite too!. Thank you Eric for the Great Sales Rep you were to me and my Husband.
