I went to the dealership looking to purchase a vehicle.

I went to the dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. I spent a couple of days there working primarily with Earnest Williams. I'm not going to go into my specific circumstances, But I do want to say in the end I did not purchase a vehicle. This is because Shawn, Ken, and Earnest put their integrity and my wellbeing above their need to sell me a vehicle. If you are searching for a vehicle, these are the people you want to deal with. Honesty integrity and the customer comes first are traits you won't find at most dealerships.

Bruce Spencer - that’s all I have to say.

Bruce Spencer - that’s all I have to say. He’s been there for over 30 years. I’ve gotten 2 cars from him. He’s patient and explains everything. Bruce knows everything about cars. I travel 150 miles to buy cars from him. Dealership is honest and transparent. I called Bruce for a car sitting at their sister dealer. Bruce quarterbacked everything to the finish line. Great customer service.

I was in a bind due to a tire blow out from a pot hole on

I was in a bind due to a tire blow out from a pot hole on I55. The service advisors bent over backwards to provide 4 new tires and get the work done in the morning so I could get home in the afternoon. Very grateful!
