The service department can’t be beat for friendly and

The service department can’t be beat for friendly and skilled professionals doing good work at a fair price. When I lived in Chicago, I still came here for service. A broken hood latch on my X5 was quoted over $800 more than it was in Bloomington.

Our experience at BMW of Bloomington was phenomenal. Bruce Spencer was excellent! He walked us through every step of the process and even sourced a car from another dealership 45 mins away for us to test drive before buying. He spent almost 2 hours with us at delivery and assisted getting everything set up. Thank you!

Initial break in service completed quickly.

Initial break in service completed quickly. Facilities very clean and well ordered. BMW NA is behind on integration with the new dealer software so appointments made through the mobile app dont transfer. Advisor was able to quickly reschedule once this was explained to me.

Clean and organized lobby area. Easy drop off for vehicle. Enjoyed the environment while reading and wishing for the service. Great customer service (price increase on parts, was given an estimate before and was given a discount to stay closer to original number)

The Bloomington BMW has the WORST service we have ever

The Bloomington BMW has the WORST service we have ever experienced. Consistently for 5 years now. The online appointment app never works. They don’t call you back. They never have a loner car. They never have a driver. The person who answers the phone messes up messages. An oil change took an hour. Their system always messages the wrong person, so the one with the car in their shop never knows it’s done. It has been HORRIBLE.
