Bad bad bad

Last year I took my 2012 ford focus here for a transmission repair. These cars came with horrible transmissions. They shutter to death when you’re driving them anyway. So long story short, I take my car out there. They agreed to do the work on it. It cost me thousands of dollars it’s there for roughly 3 months while they’re waiting on the parts because it was during the pandemic so I understand in 2020 actually is when it was done. I pick the car up three months later for days after driving it is doing the same exact thing it was doing before I took it in there. I called them. I told them what’s going on they say it’s OK. You just gotta drive it a little bit. You need to drive it like you stole. It was their exact words from the service department! I say OK so I drive it a little rough thinking it just needs to stretch its legs but it’s bucking like a bronco! It’s doing exactly the same things I was doing before I just spent thousands of dollars in three months of my life waiting on my car to be fixed. So I bought another car in the meantime because I’m just so frustrated I think I’ll take this back out there well I’m driving this car because the new car that I bought was getting tires replaced and this is probably three months after I picked it up and the transmission just won’t go in gear. It’s slipping in and out of gear in and out of gear! I called Danny Zac Ford and I told him what’s going on and that it should still be under warranty because I just paid to have my transmission repaired. They tell me it is absolutely not under warranty that it would be my outside transmission that would be gone out now not my inside transmission. I told him I do not have an outside transmission I only have an inside transmission they proceed to argue with me and be very rude to me and tell me that that is what’s wrong with my car and for $3500 they can fix it but they haven’t even looked at it And it’s doing exactly the same thing it was doing before I took it there the first time so I have not dealt with it for a while. I bought another new truck but I’m getting ready to take it back out there because it’s still under warranty and they’re going to fix it for me. I’m going to see them in court because I am very angry . I would definitely not recommend this Ford dealership to anyone.
