I purchased an SUV from this dealership this weekend....

I purchased an SUV from this dealership this weekend. Everyone we interacted with was excellent. Our salesman David MacDonald was very friendly and made the buying process stress free. The finance associate Tanner was top notch. He got us an amazing interest rate and made the paper signing process so easy. Lastly, Gabe delivered the car to us in perfect condition and made sure we were all set for our 4 hour ride home. I would definitely make the trip again to purchase my next car from Zeck!

Rick, Steve, and Jeff honestly some of the most upfront sales people I've met. 10 out of 10 service. Nino in finance was great. Really appreciate the hard work getting us into our van. We go to Zeck for everything! The service department is awesome too!

Very laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Rick was honest and forthright about our car's history. The pricing on the car was far and away the best we could find. Good experience and will consider Zeck again when it is time to buy another car.

Had a great time buying my car. Everyone was great and helpful. My car was detailed but there were some interior areas that weren't cleaned super well.

I went to Zeck ford as a referral from a friend. I was so...

I went to Zeck ford as a referral from a friend. I was so disappointed and offended that I refused to buy my car from them. We sat down with a young gentleman who tried to help us narrow down the car selection and when we asked if they had any deals for the end of the year he had asked us to explain. And I told him how some dealers in the area were offering special financing rates and then he got very condescending. It became well we sell 400 cars a month we don’t NEED to do that. His whole manner change and made it very clear they were superior. Then he brought the manager that told us the only special deals they had were on new cars and those were probably “over” our price range. And I would LOVE to know how he determined this when he never asked about our finances. I think he choose to look at our last names to make that assumption. Right then and there I decided he wouldn’t get a cent of our money and we went to another dealer where we did buy a new car and spent more money than we would have spent there.

Jeff Bowling was fantastic every time we work with him. This is the four vehicle we have purchased with Jeff at Zeck Ford. The overall experience was great, fast, efficient, and no hassle. There was no high-pressure sales, but instead listening to ensure we got everything we wanted in our new truck.
