I approached 3 dealerships in the search for my new Mini...Maria was very quick on responses via email (I am out of state). I traveled about 1.25hr from my home to purchase from Maria; the Milwaukee dealership was only 25min from my house. Maria is A++ when it comes to customer service. This was my second MINI that I have purchased through her. You rock girl!!

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Patrick Mini. I shopped around for about six months, both live and online, and narrowed it down to two Minis’. One used and the other brand spanking new. We walked into Patrick Mini, in Schaumburg, and were greeted by a beautiful woman named Christina Annes. She was very professional. Even as we test drove, it was a hot day, the three of us were very comfortable, as if we knew each other. Thanks Christina. Lovein' the Mini!

Maria Makris went above and beyond addressing my questions and concerns for months before I finally decided to make a purchase. She was extremely helpful and remains very helpful after my purchase. Patrick Mini, by far, had the best selection of Minis in the Chicagoland area.

The Mini Cooper Clubman has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. The mpg and it's performance are incomparable. The entire experience has been like no other. Loved being able to take multiple test drives to figure out which Mini to buy, and have only had only one service to date, everyone has been great. Thanks to EVERYONE at Patrick Mini.

Christina was extremely helpful and informative in the process of buying our car. She was very friendly and responsive to our questions. As of a week ago, we are the proud owners of a Mini Cooper S Clubman. We just wanted to let you know what a great car buying experience we had thanks to Maria Makris. Maria was knowledge about the vehicles, honest, friendly, patient and very attentive. Her goal was not just selling a car but making us happy with the purchase. We knew we were interested in a Mini Cooper and had looked at them several times at the Chicago Auto Show. But, even though your dealership is right around the corner from where we live, we could never get motivated to come and test drive one of the cars. The thought of the “typical” car buying experience kept us away. However, when we walked in your dealership we were very pleasantly surprised. Maria greeted us and helped us without making us feeling pressured. We asked to test drive a Clubman and a Clubman S and she got us in the cars quickly. And, she left the decision of which we preferred up to us. (Needless to say the S won out.) When we wanted to see what was available on your lot she pulled up the choices that matched our preferences. She took time to show us the vehicles and compare the options. When we wanted to walk away and come back at another time, she allowed us leave without any hassles. We trusted her and she trusted us. When we emailed her with questions, she responded immediately. We never felt foolish for asking even the simplest of questions. Our first visit was on Saturday and we came back Monday to make the purchase. And when we did finalize the purchase Maria walked us through all of the bells and whistles on the car so we could drive off the lot feeling comfortable in our new purchase. I don’t know if we would have purchased the car if we hadn’t met Maria. This is the way car buying should be, but rarely is. We just wanted to let you know what a great experience it was for us and how much we appreciated working with Maria.
