I had a great experience working with Rhett at Mazda. He made sure I was comfortable through out the whole buying process, and was very up front with all the details. He got me what I wanted, and never pressured me into anything I was unsure of.

I was referred to Rhett from a relative who said he was a great salesman. I went in on a Thursday trying to narrow down what I wanted in a vehicle and he was able to help me narrow it down to a select few. If I found something I was not satisfied with, he helped me find something more specific. He is efficient and helpful and my car shopping experience was less painful and tedious than it has been with other dealers. I couldn't find something I wanted right away and within a week he found the perfect car for me. Thank you Rhett! I will defiantly refer him to family and friends and will defiantly be returning to Mazda Orem and Rhett Dial for future car purchases.

Rhett Dial found the right car for me. I told him what I wanted and the first car he showed me I ended up buying. the facilities were very clean and organized. the only issue I had was the wait with the financial department. Which I understand fully why they were pretty busy and I am kind of impatient. other then that everything was perfect for my first car buying experience.

Nate Speer and all the guys at Orem Mazda just brought us the BEST experience we've ever had buying a car! That process is usually so stressful and annoying, but Nate was awesome! He communicated so well, worked around my crazy schedule, and bent over backwards to make sure things ran smoothly. It was such a relief to have Nate and the guys on our side. There was no pressure, just good solid info and plenty of options. They were all awesome to work with, and we would happily go back to them ... and we will!

I went to this dealership to look at a used Mazda Cx-9. I was debating to get the the Mazda CX-9 or the highlander but after looking at the cx-9 I fell in love. I got the extended warranty that is fantastic. Tyler and Nicole was awesome! Tyler went over everything on the the car that I had questions with. Chad the finance guy did an awesome job and got me a low interest rate. I just wanted to say thanks again to everyone that helped me out!

Best buying experience that I have had so far. Tyler hooked me up on a new Mazda cx5, and I absolutely love it! I just moved to Utah and I am not use to the snow?? so the AWD has been awesome to have on those snowy days. Tyler and Nicole was super nice and helpful even after I left the dealership. I didn't know what to expect buying a car in Utah, but they made it painless. Thanks again for everything.
