During a long search for a GMC Denali 2500, I found a vehicle at Kelley Buick GMC in Bartow. This was a 90-minute travel for me and I will tell you it was well worth the trip! Jon Andrews worked with me from beginning to end with "white gloves". He listened to my needs and made sure they were met. There was a small dent on the 2020 truck I purchased, and I returned for the "dent guy" to repair. Amazing, remarkable and unbelievable effort. Completed invisible. Buying our vehicle at Kelley Buick GMC was a great

Buying our vehicle at Kelley Buick GMC was a great experience. Our Sales Consultant Braxton Nyland was waiting for us with the vehicle ready to test drive. We loved the vehicle and proceeded to the showroom to work out the details. To our surprise everything was up front and open, no exhausting back and forth. The General Sales Manager Brandon Wundrow also checked to make sure we had everything we needed and thanked us for our business! In no time our new vehicle was ready to drive off the lot!

Malibu and the sale team were great.

Malibu and the sale team were great. Vehicle was in detail shop and waiting for us when we arrived. We were unsure of what color was right for us so Malibu parked the vehicles side by side for comparison and then stayed after working hours to close the deal. Thanks

Stay away from this dealership!

Stay away from this dealership! The sales team is disrespectful! Today I had the worst experience of my life with a car salesman! First of all, they changed the price from the one listed. Then they said if I don't like it, I have 5 minutes to leave, otherwise they will call the police to take me off the property. Such salesmen have no business being in such positions. I will definitely give my money to another dealer who knows how to respect customers!

**Terrible Dealership Experience – Rude, Unprofessional, and No Negotiation!** I recently visited Kelly Buick GMC, INC and had one of the worst car-buying experiences ever. The salesperson was incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor by even speaking to me. They had a "take it or leave it" attitude, refusing to negotiate on price despite market comparisons showing their pricing was unreasonable. The manager was no better—condescending and completely unwilling to work with me. Instead of trying to earn my business, they acted like they didn’t care whether I bought a car or not. The whole experience felt like a scam, with hidden fees and pressure tactics. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this dealership at all costs. There are plenty of other places that value customers and are willing to work with you. **Zero stars if I could!**

Your team had every opportunity to address my concerns in person—instead, I was met with arrogance, refusal to negotiate, and condescending attitudes from both the salesperson and manager. If you truly value customer satisfaction, you’ll take concrete steps to train your staff on basic courtesy and fair pricing practices. Empty corporate responses like this only reinforce my belief that your dealership prioritizes profit over people. I’ve already taken my business elsewhere to a dealership that respects its customers. Hopefully, this feedback serves as a wake-up call for future buyers.
