This dealership is not a place to take your business, I’m currently having the worst experience of my life, after a salesman by the name of Nash took my... social security number and created Fraud. I co signed for a 2018 Nissan Rogue SUV only to find out months later a fraudulent loan was also opened in my name in the space of 6 days now I’m caught having to clear my name and rescue my credit. I had to report this Dealership to the better business bureau send documents to the Federal Trade Commission and report the salesman to the District Attorney who is is investigating. This place has dishonest people.
This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.... Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didn't know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader. Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal. He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didn't do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didn't matter. But this time, I was in total control. Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it! After that process, I was sent to see the finance guy. Previously, I felt like I was signing my name for hours on end. This time, Enrique made the process SIMPLE and TRANSPARENT. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes. Overall--the new management at Nissan of Hawthorne blew me away with its kindness, patience, and knowledge. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will continue to go to this dealership for life!
xperience at Nissan of Hawthorne was top of the line from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was assisted my Gary. He was... able to get me a phenomonal deal on an Altima that i couldnt refuse. i terminated my lease early with chevy and it was a great choice. The management staff was extremely professional Eddie Steve and Gary handled everyrhing with chevy for me which took a huge headache off my back. I would highly recommnend visiting the staff down at nissan of hawthorne when looking to purchase to your next vehicle.

i have been going back and forth with them for 2 months trying to have them take care of the previous car loan, that i turned in with the bank. When i... call i am constantly getting the run around or leaving a message and not getting any calls back! When i get told its my "lucky day", that the check got sent out to the bank, they still failed to send the right amount and is affecting my credit. DO NOT GO TO THEM!
This is the third Rogue we have leased from Nissan of Hawthorne. They have consistently served our auto needs each time our lease expired. Due to some... family health issues, it was difficult to get to the dealership office so we worked out all the details with Christina Anello and our salesman, Gary Thompson via e-mail and phone. Because of their knowledge and expertise, we were in our new Rogue within a week! If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Gary Thompson and Christina Anello of Nissan of Hawthorne. It was a pleasure to deal with them both!

I would advise anyone who is looking to purchase a Nissan to go anywhere but here. I went to pick up my company vehicle along with 2 others. Hawthorne... Nissan was the designated dealer to deliver the auto. When we arrived the cars were not prepped and the sales manager Eddie was really obnoxious and has no idea what customer service is about. STAY AWAY
This was only a courtesy delivery. These are not Nissan of Hawthorne Clients. This was not the dealership these vehicles were purchased from. They pur...chased the vehicles from Chapman Auto in PA.

had a great experience leasing from here. My salesman Brian wasn't pushy at all. He knew what I wanted, didn't push back on me when I negotiated and wound... up bringing the car to my house rather than have me wait any longer. and when I went to pick up the plates, immediately an associate came outside with me to put them on. overall, the made the experience pleasant and stress free.

Came in to purchase a car about a month ago. It was a great experience. The Salesman, Mr. Louis Martinez was very personable and knowledgeable. Test drove... some cars, and although my credit was not good, the finance dept was able to get me financing, and they worked hard to get me the lowest interest rate possible. Walked in , and walked out same day with the car I wanted. Thank you !

Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. . They don't care about you. They don't make good on the deal. They didn't give me my license plates in time so... I was in a loaner for 5 days. JUST HORRIBLE.
