I called in and said my car wouldn’t start and described what happened. Danny said probably the battery. He got my car in when convenient for me... and a few hours later, it was fixed. Battery. And I got the oil changed too.
I had an excellent experience working with Sean Bryan and his supporting crew, when I purchased a new F150 XLT with great features, and an even better... value, recently. I was considering getting a used truck like my old 2004 F150 which is now ready for retirement, however after running through all my options, and test driving a few of the new models, it was clear to me that's what I needed to do. Sean was good at listening to what I needed to make this a successful transaction, for the Dealership and for me, most of all. He worked hard, and didn't stop until everything I needed to make this happen was there. Everything. I wholeheartedly recommend Harris Ford for whatever you need next. I've had great experiences in Service over the past 5 years, and now great experience in the Sales Dept. Check them out, and ask for Sean Bryan when you come in! I was very pleased with how quickly the Service Department was able to diagnose and correct the recent problem with our 2013 Ford Focus. That said, I... was annoyed to have to deal with yet another computer-related issue (the third) on an automobile that has not yet reached 50,000 miles. It's a good thing that the Service Department is as competent as it is, though I would much prefer bringing the Focus in for its regularly scheduled maintenance. Outstanding service.

Customer service as it relates to the front line staff, is exceptional. My car was ready before its estimate time. The back of house service needs additional... attention. When I retrieved my car the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat was still in place, when I would expect them to have been removed. I normally do not recommend commercial products and service.
Brought The Acura that we bought from their used car lot and brought it back to have it checked. The engine is making a terrible whining noise and transmission... jerks whenever it shifts. Talked to Jake Connolly of service to have it check. They say the enginenoise and transmission is acting normal. xxx. They didnt even check the car properly and probably asked his buddy to just print a paper that its all good. Really disappointed with this people. If you guys want to fix this you call me. Worse
