Called to see if advertised vehicle was still available.
Called to see if advertised vehicle was still available. Was told it was and scheduled an appointment to view and test drive. Received confirmation calls from Pierre Ford the day of the appointment, and drove an hour to look at the car only to be told it was still being inspected and wouldn't be ready to look at for a "while". Looked at and drove another car. Asked to see the original car again. This time we were told it was getting a new fuel pump. Dealer's sales manager tried to get us to buy a different car. When we said we wanted to wait to see the original car advertised, we were then told it had major issues and was a mess. We never did get to see that car. Can you say, 'bait and switch'?

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy
I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. The reservation I have is the towing capacity. I need at minimum 5000 lb towing capacity. Any, there you have it. Best regards, Pierre LaRochelle

Man, if I could give 0 stars I would.
Man, if I could give 0 stars I would. Our sales person was extremely passive aggressive the whole time. Making us feel super uncomfortable. Super pushy and just wanted a sell without listening to our wants. They quoted my car way under trade in value which was laughable. They started having us fill out paperwork and when asked about it the salesperson got super passive with us. Nothing worse then someone laughing and being rude at the same time. After that we had to ask for our keys back so we could leave. The next day I realized the manager took my registration to run the VIN and NEVER gave it back. I texted her and she said she didn't have it. She 100% did. After a few hours she found it. We told her will be back tomorrow to pick it up. That was frustrating since we live 45 minutes away! My husband drove all the way there and no registration to be found! Apparently the manager is the only one with the keys to the cabinet and she has off till Wednesday. I called her, work called her and my husband she wouldn't answer her phone. At this point we're so irritated with how unprofessional this place is! Don't come here for a car unless you want to deal with the unprofessional people who run it.

Thank you very much for a pleasant car buying experience.
Thank you very much for a pleasant car buying experience. Russ was a wonderful sales guy. Personable, easy to talk to and genuine so this made negotiations more relaxed. No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

This review is focused on the Service Department at
This review is focused on the Service Department at Pierre Ford Lynnwood. I'll start with, do not under any circumstances go to this dealership for service!!! You will get ripped off and no one there cares to justify it! I bought a car from this dealership years ago, and that seemed to go well, but I have nothing but negative remarks about their Service Department. I recently took my truck in to have the window fixed. It fell out of the track and it wasn't something that I could fix myself. I had started the job by taking off the door panel but turns out it was above my paygrade. After charging me their $300+ dollar "diagnostic fee" they said it needed a new part, and that and the labor would bring the cost to just over $1300!! When I went to pick up the truck the door panel wasn't even put back on!! They said they didn't know it was in the truck. (Must have been pretty hard to look in the back, and the screws were all in a zip lock in the cup holder!!) He then went to start it and said the battery was dead and had to jump it prior to driving it back down to the service guys to put the panel on. Since they had my truck for well over a week I have to assume that this wasn't the first time they had to jump it, but never heard anything about that from the service rep. Let me say again, they were going to charge over $1300 and I took off the door panel, and they weren't even going to put it back on!! After another 30 minutes he brought the truck back and said that it's not charging so perhaps the alternator was bad. They could look at it, but it would be another $300+ diagnostic check, and then the part. The service guy said it would be well over $1000. I told them where they could go and that I wouldn't EVER think of doing anything with the dealership and that I would send a tow truck to pick it up. I then took it to my regular, very reputable mechanic, who installed a new alternator, ran a complete vehicle diagnostic all for just over $550. I should have taken it there initially, but figured a Ford dealership might have better experience with something like a window replacement. All I can say is, I'm a Ford guy, but if Pierre was the last dealership in the country, I'd buy a Chevy!!! Do not ever go here!!!

The Salesman Guillermo was fine and did all he could to
The Salesman Guillermo was fine and did all he could to assist me. However, the finance department is deceptive as can be. The deal had already been struck before we traveled 8 hours to get there. All we had to do was sign and go. They kept us there for 3 hours before we went to sign. It was all done on a giant I pad think and the finance guy sped through it like he was in NASCAR. As we were already way behind trying to start the 8 hour journey home and his rushing, I missed a few things he "sneaked" into the paperwork like $500 for some sort of undisclosed aftermarket thing?? And then I find we were shorted $3K on our trade in!! I have now been trying for a week to get this resolved and keep getting stonewalled in return. As there are Ford dealers everywhere, I would suggest a different one than Harris Ford Lynnwood.

TLDR: Overpriced vehicle with documented issues,
TLDR: Overpriced vehicle with documented issues, aggressive sales manager, and bad-faith negotiations on a car that supposedly already sold despite still being on their website as "Available." Disappointing customer service when looking to buy a used vehicle. The original sales rep I spoke to was unavailable for the scheduled test drive. I did get to speak with his direct manager and another rep. That second rep (Zeke) was great, nice and friendly and helpful. The manager was extremely pushy and trying to get me to pay well over what I believed the car to be worth given the issues that came up. The car was very clean, however it had a dead battery and wouldn't start when we first got to it, and it had an open recall from 9 years prior. On top this, it had minimal service records beyond pulling multiple pounds of pine needles out of the doors to let out several gallons of water. I wouldn't take the car that day. A floor manager reached out the next day and asked how they could get my business. I told them the price was too high and about the issues the vehicle had. They then responded with saying the car had sold earlier that day, though the website says it's available at time of writing.

Awful, would be my nicest way to describe our experience
Awful, would be my nicest way to describe our experience at Pierre Ford/Lincoln. While there were at least 3 vehicles online that met our wants and price point, when we arrived we realized why they were still available and yes they were too good to be true! The first vehicle I was excited about was disgusting to say the least. I opened the truck to see the spare and saw 3 inches of standing water… and they made an excuse about where the drains are. Then I saw rust inside the back door, on the lighted name plates inside the front door, and then the seatbelt was moldy. They never admitted it had a leak and just pushed me into another vehicle. I brought my trade in and while they took my key, and I had to almost beg for it back, they never mentioned it when trying to push me into a vehicle I didn’t want. It wasn’t until I was purchasing a vehicle somewhere else that I realized they took my car registration out and kept it! In addition, they clearly don’t work on commission, nor do they really care about closing a sale as we were bounced around to at least 4 different people. When we said we don’t want to buy, the sales manager finally tried to offer a deal, which was really telling me which car to buy and why I should buy it. I feel bad for the two salesman that were nice and tried but overall this was a very bad experience and I would recommend to stay away from this dealership. The fact that the sales manager took my registration and didn’t give it back tells me all I need to k ow about this type of dealership. They are underhanded and will stop at nothing to push you into a car you don’t want!
