First time and was happily impresed with Tony the service manager. He was easy to talk to, made me feel like I was the only customer. I noticed that his long time customers he welcomes by name. Very friendly, glad I went.

I brought my car here for an oil change and because I was getting a service side detection warning. I got a call that it was ready to be picked up and when I went to get it I discovered that not only had they not fixed beside detection system and they have not performed with oil change either. I ended up having to come back a second time and this time they couldn’t find the rental car on the lot to give me. Very unorganized dealership with poor communication and terrible customer service.

Jason Garon was fantastic. Had a part I needed ordered and ready when I came in for service. Technician Alex was quick and neat. In and out in a very reasonable time. Kathy at cashier desk was very friendly and personable. I’ll be back!

From getting me in quickly and courtesy ride home and back. applying discounts to keep the cost manageable. And to provide recommendations for tire replacements. The entire process was stressless. Jason Garon is a fantastic service writer. The car was washed and all service was performed in a timely fashion.

Service was excellent from the first phone call through vehicle pick up. Tim was great, loaner was ready, and service work only took a day. Top notch.

I have given your service an A+ because when I took my car in for it's 15 month service call, everyone was amazing and above all honest, I did not have to wait forever to get my car and was treated with respect!

Unbelievable good . On short notice he squeezed me in because of a funeral trip out of state . I got a oil change and door fixed. He also recommended work details for 100,000 miles service when I decide. No pressure. Other Cadillac dealers should send there service advisors to be trained here. What I liked the most was when it comes to discussion your services; your advisor made it as private as possible. Not out loud in front of others in waiting room; shaming them who can’t afford.

As usual, my service visit was great..vehicle was done quickly and professionally. Staff was kind and helpful and made a chore pleasant. I am so glad to have them nearby to service my vehicle...they the best!
