This visit for an oil change and tire rotation was very difficult for some reason

Our experience was very nice, no pressure, all of our questions were answered, and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted.

Buying experience was easy and good. They will need to add “out-of-office” automatic notice in their e-mail system since I never knew the salesperson is out or simply busy. Bought Cadillac LYRIQ but it is not part of selection below, so discard below choices.

I must be totally honest and state that Palmen Buick GMC dealership is by far the best dealer I’ve worked with as far as car buying…Wvrything were silky silky smooth sailing and Mr. Bill, the car sale rep listening to everything and got all the way I wanted them with all the bells and whistles….,Ao job well done to all that were involved in making this happen……
