Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. I bought a 2023 Challenger Scat Pack at the end of May and love the car. However, in August a long crack appeared in the front windshield, It started at the edge (on the passenger side) and curved up and across, about 2 feet long. I had not noticed anything striking the windshield, and there was no mark from a rock or anything, just a crack. So, this did not seem right. I checked my warranty, and it said 12 months or 12,000 for the windshield, so I thought maybe it was at least a possibility to be covered. I made an appointment with the Service Department. One advisor (Ethan) was not sure, so he asked another advisor (Heather), and she immediately said (without looking up) that it was not covered under warranty. So, when I asked about the warranty, THEN she said all they could do was take photos and “send them to Chrysler and see what they say”. So, he took the photos, and I left. During the following week, I tried contacting him by message and calling three times, but he never responded. When I finally did talk to him (by going through another Advisor), he said that he had checked with the warranty advisor and that it wasn't possible (not sure when he was planning to tell me). NOTE: I also never received a survey in my email like I usually do after an appointment, which was strange, and like I never existed). Anyway, a friend told me I should go to Red River Dodge in Heber Springs. So, I did, and guess what? They also took photos AND got it approved under warranty. Not only that, but they also said they had dealt with TWO OTHER Challengers that had the same problem and were also fixed under warranty. SO...as a result, I now take my cars and my business to Red River. They have bent over backwards to help, and their customer service is amazing. I also still have a Dodge Charger that I bought new from Landers back in 2018, but after this experience, I am going to Red River for Service for it as well and will likely try to buy new from them again in a few years to replace it. After spending over $80K on cars and service with Landers in the past several years, I was very disappointed to be treated this way. NOTE: I tried at length to speak to someone in person instead of posting a review but wrote the Service Director and Customer Relations Manager at Landers and they never responded. Someone finally called back after I tried calling but never contacted me again or followed up after saying he would "look into it". But this didn't surprise me and no longer matters anyway since they completely lost my business.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced

The worst customer service I have ever experienced myself! First of all I had an appointment with the service Department at 9:00am so I drop off my truck at 8:58am to have my sunvisor repaired/replaced in my 2021 Ram 1500 (32,225 miles) at 4:15pm I get a call from Cayden F. telling me that he "Double checked with the Warranty manager to sure" and my sunvisor would be covered under the "Basic Warranty" but the "bad news" the part would not be until for 3 days. I drive 30 minutes in rush hour traffic only to get there and find out "Oh it looks like you warranty expired in July" This time Cayden did not double check or check at all he just literally changed his story from 45 minutes prior and I was quoted $400 to replace the flip down sunvisor in my truck! I would've completely understood the rules of a "Basic Warranty" at 9:00am when I dropped my truck off, I would've understood a "Basic Warranty" at 4:15pm but what do not understand is why this service department attempts to play some kind of "Gotcha" game and create a very angry customer! My only recommendation would be to NEVER even attempt to use Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service, new vehicle purchase, used vehicle purchase or anything other than an example of exactly how not to do business in 2024!! With most businesses begging for customers you have unprofessional, dishonest and crooked businesses like this one still believing the "Gotcha" method works! I will gladly pay another Ram dealership whatever the cost to replace my sunvisor 100% guarantee I will not have to deal with a "service advisor" trying to create a "Gotcha" situation and I absolutely will not have to pay anywhere near $400 for it!! All the advisor had to do was take 45 seconds to assess the situation at 9:00am and say "No sir your vehicle is 1 month out of warranty and there will be a charge for the repairs" and I would've said Ok just let me know how much and when to schedule the work! I really hope this place moves out of the dishonest 1990's way of doing business because they will absolutely shut the doors on the place at some point in the near future if they do not! Completely avoidable and completely ridiculous!!!!

Incredible disconnect with pricing and actual market.

Incredible disconnect with pricing and actual market. Tried to buy a used jeep, showed salesman other jeeps of higher original msrp and less mileage for much less at other dealerships, made a reasonable offer and was met with fierce stubbornness on price. The price on a used 22 wrangler with a known faulty engine higher priced than a brand new 24 is insane. One excuse on the incredibly high price was after market parts on it (and nothing worth that much of a price difference), that I guarantee they did not give the owner anything extra at trade in for. Avoid if you can.

They have had my jeep for six weeks, Noone answer phone

They have had my jeep for six weeks, Noone answer phone calls and they don't return phone calls. I had my vehicle towed to them. Zach is my service technician. The last text I received stated that it was going to cost 9000.00 to repair my transmission which is ridiculous. Asked for the management to call me and as of today I haven't heard from anyone.

I was treated very poorly after the sale.

I was treated very poorly after the sale. I bought a used vehicle and they needed to repair some things on the car. Totally understand, but when the sales associate doesn't respond to texts and acts like you're bothering him....not acceptable. Took way too long to fix the issues and was treated like trash. Very displeased and I do not recommend setting foot on any of their car lots.

I was very disappointed in the service I recently had at

I was very disappointed in the service I recently had at this dealership. When my car was ready for pickup after service yesterday, it had to be jumped off. When I questioned the service manager, he told me to "just drive it for a bit, and it will be okay". I got in my car this morning and it would not even turn over. I called Landers, they told me the battery was probably dead and come by and they would put a new one on it and charge me another $250+ dollars for the battery and no telling what labor charge would be added. The cost to fix my car to begin with was outrageous, almost $1900 with $1200+ for labor only! I was led to presume that if my car would not start, they would put a new battery on it and would not charge me. I will NOT bring my Charger back to this dealership. I will just find a qualified mechanic and buy the parts myself. I am new to Little Rock and just trusted them to make the repairs. I am very disappointed. I now have a new battery and the mechanic who put it on said there was no way the dealership should have told me my battery was "okay". Lesson learned, for sure!!!!
