I was very disappointed in the service I recently had at

I was very disappointed in the service I recently had at this dealership. When my car was ready for pickup after service yesterday, it had to be jumped off. When I questioned the service manager, he told me to "just drive it for a bit, and it will be okay". I got in my car this morning and it would not even turn over. I called Landers, they told me the battery was probably dead and come by and they would put a new one on it and charge me another $250+ dollars for the battery and no telling what labor charge would be added. The cost to fix my car to begin with was outrageous, almost $1900 with $1200+ for labor only! I was led to presume that if my car would not start, they would put a new battery on it and would not charge me. I will NOT bring my Charger back to this dealership. I will just find a qualified mechanic and buy the parts myself. I am new to Little Rock and just trusted them to make the repairs. I am very disappointed. I now have a new battery and the mechanic who put it on said there was no way the dealership should have told me my battery was "okay". Lesson learned, for sure!!!!

The worst dealership I ever dealt with

Sales Person was high.

My sales person was Gloria. I couldn’t get a deal done because she was yawning and also seemed under the influence of something. Failed to close the deal due to her unprofessional demeanor.

Gloria was the worst person I have ever dealt with.

Gloria was the worst person I have ever dealt with. Claimed she was National Guard, but had no working knowledge of the Veterans capped interest rate program. I would never use this associate again. She was disrespectful and looked high or hungover the entire time

!!!!!!!! They promise you the world and give you zero. After the sale you are dead to them. Want return calls if you need help. I am talking about the sales person. I had Mr.

I had Mr. Winston as my salesman today, and I was extremely blessed! That man helped me with everything, all of my questions, concerns, the benefits, and made me feel relaxed on picking out the right truck for me! Hands down 10/10 salesman!

Don't use the service dept.

Took my truck here last week because the check engine light was on, and it wouldn't go off. Every time I asked what was going on with my truck, the service manager just said "I'll let you know something when I know something." He would only respond to a text message. I asked for another update one week later to the day I dropped my truck off, but the service manager wouldn't respond. He wouldn't return my call either. I submitted a message on the website for someone to call me. In response, the service manager just texted saying to just come pick up the truck. Really? Don't go here if you actually want your vehicle fixed. I think that this is one of those situations where they didn't want to actually work on my truck. I'm not sure they even looked at it (cause service manager wouldn't talk to me), even though I made an appointment.
