    The best truck buying experience we have ever had! Montrell Thornton is pleasant and has a great personality. He was very professional and he knows his stuff...not only does he drive the vehicle he is selling but he knows details, features, history of the truck and the company he works for. Montrell even knows the pros and cons of buying other make and models from the competition!!! He listened to our likes, dislikes, wants and needs and definitely matched us up with the perfect fit!!! The staff at Steve Landers were ALL polite and fun to be around. The customer service and people skills that the staff here possess is superior and out beats all the rest!

    My transmission went out on my jeep that I have had for only a year. It was mentioned to me that there was a recall when my jeep was towed into the dealership- I was NEVER informed about the recall. ALSO, you guys had my jeep for two weeks. After a few days I would call to check up on the jeep, and no one would be working on it. Then I called back and was told they figured out the problem was with the transmission and they were waiting on the right tech to work on it. My car had been there for over a week at this time. The costumer service was TERRIBLE. If my car had been there for over a week AND everything that was wrong with it was covered under warranty it needed to be a priority. It was not treated as one. I called again a few days later and no one had worked on my car STILL. This was the two week mark and I was going out of town to Kansas City and needed my car back. I was told my car would be done Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. Tuesday passes and Wednesday comes and my car is still not ready. I call to check on it Wednesday night into week two of them having my car and it is STILL NOT READY. At this point in time, when you know I am going out of town and you know that you have had the car for so long- it needs to be priority for it to be done. I was told to then call back at 8am and my car should be ready to pick up. I went to the dealership and as I expected my car was STILL not ready. I was going out of town that morning to Kansas City so I switched out my rental car for an SUV (like my jeep is) and went on my way. A few hours after leaving town I get a call that my car is done, I explained that I had already left town and wouldn't be back until the next week and the man I spoke with was rude to me about this. I put off many things waiting for my car to be done, and they were rude to me that they had to wait now. I get back into town, take my rental back and get into my jeep. It is driving perfectly and I am so happy with how it is running...THEN I noticed, they didn't even change the oil that was due to be changed at that date or in 100 miles. Poor service. I will NEVER bring my car back to this dealership and I am glad to be moving to Kansas City where I can actually get my car worked on in an acceptable amount of time and experience good costumer service. I appreciate all those who worked on my car, but there was no need for the rude people I encountered or the amount of time it took to service- and I know I am not the only one who has experienced this at your dealership.

    Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have a Recall repaired on my truck. Was told the part was being ordered for me and set up my appointment time. Show up for the appointment and get checked in, everything seems great. I was told there was a $89.95 diagnostic fee to check the vehicle out, I wasn't happy but it didn't seem like I had a choice if I wanted the recall repaired. 2 hours later I come to check the status and am told that the only thing the diagnostic showed was that I needed to replace the AC Control Head (due to a backlight being out) which costs $500. Oh, and by the way, unable to repair the recall because "we've been doing a bunch of these and don't have the parts" which tells me that my part came in and you used it to fix someone else's vehicle. Overall, I paid $100 to be told they did nothing to my truck and if I want a backlight on my AC Instrument Panel replaced it'll cost me $500. Never EVER setting foot on a Landers lot again.

    Bought new car and it took two weeks to deliver with the vehicle already being on the lot. Service Department moves like a snail. Once delivered the sunroof leaked and it took another week. It would of taken longer if I had not kept calling. Arrived at service department on the day I was told it would be done and was told it was not ready and part not delivered. After I became loud and people could hear there was no service after the sale, I was told my vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes. Wow that's fast when at first they didn't have the part. Management is rude and unhelpful. Your treated like a king until you sign the dotted line and then they don't know you. They will not except phone calls nor call back. Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Spend you money with a creditable dealership

    Hello Everyone, I wanted to let you know that my experience with the Dream Team ( Victoria and Coral ) was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've had. From my initial phone conversation with Coral, to working with Victoria on the sale, and lastly Mark in Finance. There wasn't a single time that I heard; can't, try this, or change that. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and the Dream Team made it happen within three days. I can honestly say I felt as if I was family during the process I felt needed and as if the actually cared about me getting what I wanted without going overboard with payments. These two ( Victoria and Coral ) are a define meaning of Leaders of this generation. I'm honored to say that I beyond blessed owner of a 2015 Audi A3 including two warrenties (dealership and factory). As a Pre Medical student everyone reading this should most definitely take my word! I would never recomend this dealer to my worst enemies! Been tryin to have them fix my pickup for last month and they always say they call ya back and never do!!
