    Within five minutes of being interested in a car online, Mr. Lewis contacted us. He was very professional and when asked questions about the car we were interested in he took the time to go out and personally check on the car and its options. He called several times at the exact time we agreed upon to discuss when we were coming to see the car. Unfortunately, we purchased a different car only because it was the color we were looking for. The car was a Ford Fusion SE Hybrid so Mr. Lewis only had access to one Ford as Ivory is a Chevrolet dealership. I would and will recommend Ivory Chevrolet to anyone who asks about a new or used car. Mr. Lewis even informed me of the dealership's policy to hold a car for someone more than 200 miles away until that person can make it to the dealership. That is above and beyond any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Bill

    I purchased a vehicle from this dealership highly not satisfied I wrote a review in the pass and got an elaborate response from the GM which he has not did anything he said he would do as he stated in the review. I went to the dealership and sat waiting on him for several hours as well as called and leaving my number. I travel very far to get this situation cleared. THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE I EVER MADE. I really hate patronizing a company that doesn't care about their customers. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    I came in to trade in my vehicle that i bought from this dealership for a more gas efficient car (only reason I was trading it in because it was a SUV that I personally couldn't afford) and I was able to get a 2017 Chevy Cruz. Shawn worked real good with me and my father on getting me into a good car and I would recommend him to anybody who needs to receive a new or used car. He also helped my father with his recent purchase of a Chevy Silverado.

    I purchased a 2017 Chevy Camaro from Ivory in April of this year. After purchase , I was assured headliner would be repaired. A few weeks later I delivered my car to them for repair.It took them a month to repair,only to receive my car back with headliner installed unprofessionally and scratches on my car. I had to take it back a few days later ,picked it up after two weeks with my rear defroster not working,door panel separated from door and rubber scratched and not properly put on. This as been the worse car purchase in my life. The so called certified service professional are incompetent.I has filed a complaint with BBB and next with State consumer protection agency. Stay away Ivory consumers.

    I purchased a new 2017 Chevrolet Malibu from Ivory Chevrolet and would highly recommend this dealer. I worked with Tim Allen, mostly through email and texts, before going to the dealership and I highly recommend Tim. I knew the car I wanted and a drive out price before I got there due to Tim's reliable and professional communication. Ivory offered me the best price and Tim Allen responded to every question and request. On pick up day, Ashley Rogers was very patient in teaching me to use the new technology in the car and make sure I understood everything before driving out. Both Tim and Ashley offered to be available at any time to answer additional questions. One of the best experiences I've had in buying a new car.

    Sold us a extended warranty that is a absolute joke. How can you fix a car without running a diagnostic. We specifically asked for a extended bumper to bumper warranty and warranty solutions was recommended by the dealership. Bad customer service,won't call the service provider,Chris is a liar, they took advantage of my girl,he authorized a diagnostic, we were then told that the spark plugs haven't been changed and the battery had not been changed. This dealership claims to put their cars through a rigorous inspection process. Our deductible is 100$, but somehow we are being asked to pay 150$ for absolutely nothing. I have a warranty with carmax,simple easy and great customer service. Do not buy a car from this dealership,and if you do,don't let them give you warranty solutions as a extended warranty. This is my 1st of many reviews. I will put them up every where I can. Absolutely a ripoff.

    I scheduled a maintenance service online through the Ivory Chevrolet platform. I received a confirmation as well. When I arrived to the service department, the greeter had no information regarding the service appointment. I showed him my confirmation and he was completely clueless to the maintenance services I selected online. Also, I had requested a loaner vehicle, to which the guy responded "Oh, we ain't got no loaner vehicles". Overall, I was frustrated with the lack of service and lack of knowledge of their own interface system.
