    Dean..owner spend so much time.reviewing cars..makes..running numbers so I knew what each car numbers..hx...worked with an excellent credit union to get... preapproved for financing..the interest rate was fantastic..5.45 10 points lowet than other. Dealerships..no pressure at all.stands behind cars he sells..I will never go to another dealership..customer for life

    I purchased a 2008 Outback from Turner’s last month and could not be more pleased with my car and the service from the dealership. There was no pressure... to buy and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of (especially as a woman). After comparing prices with other places in Maine and New Hampshire, Turner’s had the best value for the car I bought. I would definitely recommend Turner’s to anyone looking to buy a car – I checked out three of his cars and they all were in great condition for a great price. Definitely worth the drive to Exeter!!

    I bought an '09 Silverado from Dean Turner back in early May. The buying process was easy, the price was fair and there were no surprises with the truck.... I've put about 13,000mi on the truck and haven't really encountered any issues.

    My son bought a truck from Turners Auto Wholesale and we are SO impressed with how they stand behind what they sell! Our son had his truck for a short... while when a problem popped up with it. He called they dealership and they got him right in for what was thought to be an easy repair. Shortly after that the truck had the same problem pop up. We were concerned that our son would end up paying for a proper repair himself; that the dealer might try to take advantage of his youth. Our fears were completely put to rest as Turners completely went through the truck and replaced everything even remotely related to this problem!! They really stood behind the vehicle they sold and made it right!! You can bet when we are in the market for a newer car we will be checking Turners!! Very impressed with their service!

    My son bought a truck from Turners Auto Wholesale. Very easy to deal with and he was happy with his experience. Shortly after his purchase the truck had... a problem. My son contacted the dealership and they got the truck in right away for what was thought to be a quick repair. Shortly after he got the truck back the problem came back. We were. Dr ois for my son as we have had the experience of dealers saying, sorry you're on your own. Not Turners!!! They brought the truck back in and went through it hood to tailgate!! The truck was fixed and my son couldn't be happier!! You know what, we are happy too. You can bet when we goooking for our next car, we will be looking at Turners Auto Wholesale!!

    I would recommend checking out Turner's Wholesale for anyone looking for good quality used cars! My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Frontier and he... had just what we wanted. Vehicle was in beautiful shape and at a good price. The owner was very easy to work with and it was an extremely low pressure sale! We will be going back to him when we are looking for our next vehicle!

    I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. This is the experience I had. I saw the truck on line. I called on a Sat. and talked to the owner's father.... He said the truck was still available I told him I could not make it until Monday and I would call on Monday. I called on Monday, but the answering machine picked up. I said It was likely I would be leaving shortly for NH. It was a 2 hour drive. When we got there, the owner said it was on a test drive. I told him I had called twice about the truck. He said with a smile on his face, Well they got here first. I can't be sure as to why he did what he did, but it is my opinion the reason was, the man who was going to buy it was going to pay cash. but I had a trade in. In my opinion ETHICS was not his best virtue. The person who was with me also thought---what he did was pretty shabby, in the fact, it was costly in a lot of ways I will say he did call me back that morning to say the truck was still available, but I had already left for NH.

    Ms Roy, I don't know what may have spawned the idea, but it is absolutely ludicrous to think that anyone would be discriminated against because they ...wished to trade-in a vehicle. We are a car dealer. We are in the business of buying and selling cars. To take a trade-in would offer us an opportunity to sell two vehicles from one deal. Why wouldn't we want that? In the interest of preserving the truth, let's take a closer look... For starters, your first call came on Thursday, not Saturday. I don't know if you were mistaken, or just shortening the timeline to bolster your position with a greater sense of urgency. Your second call to our dealership came before we opened on Monday morning, and that's why you were forwarded to our voicemail. In your message, you said that you "might make the drive to NH" that day, and that you were leaving the house for an appointment, but would return home around 10:00AM. Your call was returned, as you say in your last line, and that happened around 9:03AM. I assumed that you would return home at 10:00, listen to the message, and return my call - you did not. Almost 4 hours later, at 12:45PM, the gentleman who ultimately purchased the truck visited our lot and took it for a test drive. You arrived at 1:15 while he was driving the truck. When he returned, I offered him the opportunity to purchase the truck because he had been the first to arrive, and the first to be served. Mind you, I had NO IDEA that you were actually coming. The last thing that I heard from you, now 4 hours prior, was that you "might make the drive." Now it is certainly not my goal to upset you, nor anyone else, and I wish this situation could have been avoided. Sadly, I don't know what I could have done differently to appease both of you that day. Had you called to say that you were actually coming, or asked for the truck to be held, we certainly would have held it for you. Again, we had no idea that you were actually coming. After your message saying that you "might" make the drive, we never heard from you again. How were we to know whether you were on your way, or if you would ever show up at all? You say that you had already left for NH by the time I had called you back, and that it was a 2-hour drive, but why did it take you over 4 hours to get here? While do I understand your frustration, especially after you confided in me that this was the second such vehicle you had missed-out on, I cannot allow you to contort the facts to the detriment of my business.

    I recently bought a 2001 Ford Focus Wagon with 86,000 miles on it from Turner's Auto Wholesale. The quality and condition of the car is excellent. They... find good quality cars. I found the service accommodating and helpful.
