Hyundai of Jasper

My husband and I stopped by the Hyundai dealership in Jasper looking for a pre owned vehicle. Brett Godsey met us on the lot and showed us several very nice vehicles but they weren’t exactly what we were looking to buy. He took us over to Jasper Honda and we found the perfect car. Brett spent many hours working to find us the right car. All the people at the Hyundai dealership were very nice. Brett and the people at Jasper Honda went above and beyond making our buying experience great. Thanks to Brett Godsey for taking such good care of us!!!!😊

I was very disappointed in this dealership. Drove hours to pick up a new car and it had a paint defect. They didn't offer to do anything to make it right. Just suggested I walk away and they would sell it to another person that didn't notice. Terrible customer service!

I inquired about a vehicle and no one has got back with me yet to give me any information on it.

The sold is a 40,000 used vehicle that has been wrecked multiple times. They won’t return emails or messages. The tool advantage of an RN who is working 90 weeks and had been up over 24 hours at time of purchase. The LIED about the vehicle and will not even speak to us. They even called last week and said they needed some information for our loan and we voiced opinions about the vehicle and that we were bringing it back. All the sudden they don’t need anything. Stay away from these crooks. Oh I took the car through the car wash. The same car wash I’ve been through a 1000 times. But this time it pulls the paint off the vehicle I got at Hyundai of JASPER!!!!

NO RESPONSE. Many I messaged on Cars.com are like this. Disappointing. Found one somewhere else.

For various reasons, I have purchased 4 vehicles I the past 2 1/2 years. The first one was purchased through Shane Dodd. He made the purchase basically painless....it went so smooth that I also purchased 3 additional vehicles through Shane Dodd. The over all experience was a pleasant one, at no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase. Shane wen out of his way to ensure that all our vehicle options were addressed.

In 2014, we leased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra, & loved it! We loved it so much that we came back & leased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport! We have had the same salesman, Shane Dodd, & he has worked with us both times to get a price we can afford, & the features that we wanted. We have had all service work for the previous Elantra done at the dealership & have always left pleased. Friendly & courteous staff. So far, we are VERY happy with our new car, & definitely will be returning to this dealership for our vehicles service needs & future purchases.
