The sales staff was excellent in all regards EXCEPT the finance person. He was disrespectful and rude to me and my wife.

We walked into this dealership with a car picked out and a 1 year old child. We were met by an intern who was nice but not very knowledgeable. The person... in charge of the intern was a salesmen named Eric Pelleschi. Eric let our intern start the process but didn???t really help him out much... our intern was very slow at entering our data and filled out a few forms wrong which left us sitting and waiting for hours. We told them we had a pre approval from a credit union and asked them not to do any hard pulls on our credit.. they kindly agreed then pulled our credit 4 times! After. Hours go by and we are still waiting for the paperwork to be drawn up Eric asks us to help him and go online and give him a five star rating. After we gave the rating he went on his phone to make sure and pointed out to my husband that his re view wasn???t on there and asked him to enter it again. We sign the paperwork and get out after 5.5 hours with a baby now in meltdown. They only gave us one key fob and they gave us barely enough gas to make it home. When we called and ask about the second key Eric said he would look into it, when my husband asked more questions he said ok thanks when my husband was mid sentence hung up on him. we were going to let it be but the final straw was when they asked us what DMV to send the plates to we told them and they sent them to the wrong one. My husband and I both had to leave work early to meet and sign for the plates and they weren???t even there.

I have bought several new and used vehicles from Cap Chev and today was the best experience ever. They delivered an outstanding price on the vehicle and... the transaction was purely professional. My saleswoman Katrina Irvin, her team leader and the sales manager all were engaged in making this purchase a pleasure. I live over 100 miles away, but the drive was absolutely worthwhile. Had my oil changed and the lady ask me if I wanted my truck washed! I said sure, not knowing they were going to clean the inside . Today was cleaning out... some papers and noticed my new camera for the front windshield was missing. Now what do I do! I keep my truck locked at all times.2016

I brought my 2014 Camaro in for service and was interested in looking at a new Camaro because the body style and motor had changed. The sales person did... not want to go on a test drive and did not even start the car because she is afraid of test driving performance cars in the rain. A different dealership was more than happy to take me on a test drive. The second they started the new Camaro, I knew I it was coming home with me because it sounds and performs way better than the previous generation. That experience combined with the poor location and lousy freeway access from I-5 south caused me to switch dealerships. This dealership doesn't serve Salem well because it is in a part of town that a lot of us don't visit and it's hard to get to.

I brought my car in for a repair, which went very well. I also want to purchase a new car so I came to your facility to shop. The first time, I spoke... to a salesman named Mario. I asked 3 basic questions. He avoided answering all three of them. I left. A few days later when I brought in my car for the service work it needed I indicated to the Service writer my desire to purchase a new car. He indicated he would have someone contact me. I told him I would like to talk to someone when I come back that afternoon to pick up my car. Someone did call me, I explained that I would be back that afternoon to get my car and would like to talk about a new car. The salesperson indicated he would call me back shortly with an estimate of the trade in value of my car that was currently in your shop being repaired. He contacted me the next day and wanted to schedule a time that I could come in and drive a car and talk about purchasing. I told him it was too late as I had been there the day before and that my plan is to find another dealership who is interested in making a sale. He tried to tell me that the dealership had been super busy that day. Well when I was there, you had a lot of salespeople just standing around and no one wanted to sell me a car.

I have had my Suburban in to Capital Chevrolet for all the scheduled maintenance over the last six years and have been completely satisfied with the courteous,... professional and efficient service I have received from all personnel! Many times my service technician has been Mark Fast. Mark has always done a superior job for me, knowledgeabley having done all that is needed and keeping me aware of what should be planned for in the future and he doesn???t hesitate to advise when something doesn???t need to be done! He also always makes a point of escorting me to the cashier, answer any questions I may have and show me to my vehicle outside.
