    I bought my first Kia (2014) when this was Thornton Rd. Kia in 2013. Since it has become Atlanta West Kia I have not had a great deal of interaction but I purchased a new 2017 a couple of weeks ago and my sales guys was over the top but very professional.

    Henry was our sales person and he was great, helpful and not pushy at all. The credit manager was very nice and very helpful. But the sales manager has no people skills at all. We ordered the all weather matts for the car and were told to come back in two days which would have been Monday to have them put in. The matts were not in, so we were told to come back on Friday, and of course the matts were not in. We were told they would be in sometime the next week and they would call and let us know.....no call was received so I called them. The sales manager was incredibly rude, told us he had the floor matts but didn't know anything about the cargo matt. the cargo matt was ordered with the floor matts. Then after being told the guys would vacuum the car and put the matts in for us the sales manager tells me oh no! You just come pick up the matts and do it yourself. I asked for the person that was his boss and was told he wouldn't call me back. I asked again and he told me to hang up and call back and ask for the owner, of course he wasn't there. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership before. They got our money and now they have no time for us! Don't go to Kia on Thornton Road....The actual sales people are great but it ends there!

    Sales/finance mgr never really seemed interested in really pricing the car to sale. Gave one price which was higher than advertised internet price and wasn't really interested in negotiating. Guess he just wasn't looking to move a vehicle that day, o well their lost!

    I have owned a Kia Sportage 2013 for a little over a year and had to visit this dealership two times and called another. They never return calls in the service department. My first two visits were horrible and had a horrible service agent that never called me with updates or to even tell me it was ready to pick up. I contacted both the manager and service manager and received apology after apology. This morning I called to ask about a problem with back up camera and radio and was hung up on after being on hold for 20 minutes. I called again and left a message for an service advisor to call me back. I waited four hours and no one ever returned my call so I called the store to get the general managers voicemail and was told I could only email him so talked to the service manager who once again just offered up their phony apologies. I would say never use this Kia dealership they place no value on customer service or making the customers visit enjoyable. They act as if the customer is annoying to deal with.

    Me and my wife was not expecting to buy a car that morning we went in. We had just dropped our son to school and just thought we were going to do a simple test drive...nope. We bought a brand new car off the lot with no problems. We couldn't be happier with coming that morning and our salesman was wonderful and funny. We were very comfortable at this dealership. Thanks so much Roy & Kim !

  • No key with Wheel Locks and even worse customer service!

    Bought a new vehicle from here a little over a year ago. When I went to get my tires rotated a few weeks ago, the shop couldn't find the wheel lock key anywhere in the vehicle. Needless to say, I called the dealership to ask about the key. They said that was a parts' question and that I would have to call and purchase a "new" key (which I never received in the first place). I decided to drive to the dealership to get the key in person and have the service team rotate the tires for me afterwards. After getting there however, I was informed that they don't sell "replacement" keys and that I would have to spend $60 on an entirely new set. Although they have a universal key to get the old locks off, I would have to purchase a new set and wait until they were shipped to have the service done. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I did not and will not be purchasing a new set of locks from this dealership, as this is their issue. I will be taking my business to another dealership! Fortunately for Kia, they use specific locks on their vehicles that inhibit tire shops to take them off without a specific key or else I would skip out on dealing with a Kia dealership altogether.

    Terrible experience. Told them what I wanted before going to dealership. Got there only to find out they didn't even have what I was looking for. Tried to get me purchase more expensive one with packages I didn't want and wouldn't deal on price. Sales person called me a week later and said sales manager would review my offer and call me back......NEVER received that call back! Sales people are ok, but management doesn't seem to care about customer service!
