I bought a 2011 Ford Escape from Bayou Auto that was advertised in "immaculate condition". They changed out the cracked windshield to close the deal and... I went home to scrub the carpets and ceiling of my "Immaculate vehicle". It appears a coke had exploded on the previous owner. A quality dealership would have had the car detailed before selling it. They windshield was replaced before I picked it up and the rear-view mirror was jiggling and distracting. I stopped at a windshield place in Bunkie and the kind man fixed it for free. It wasn't a bad experience, I just wouldn't call it a good one either.
THE BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND PLEASANT!
