    As the story goes.... "you will always find it a hassle purchasing a new car". Well I can honestly say that that is false when it comes to Hawk Chevrolet. This is the first car that I have purchased at Hawk. In fact living in Schaumburg I have several Chevrolet dealerships within a 5 mile radius. However I decided to take the 35 mile drive and check out this dealer and it paid off. POW ! I bought a new car AND had a pleasant experience in the process. I would have to say that the main reason had to do with the sales associate that was assigned to me named, Terrell Williams. He was a real pleasure to deal with. No pressure, no hype. Just a real down to earth person. He knew exactly what I was looking for. Even after the sale he spent time with me in the parking lot programming the car to accept my cell phone. Terrell really went the extra mile for me. He treated me with respect. Thanks to Terrell and the entire staff at hawk Chevrolet for very nice experience !

    As many people will say they dread going to a Car dealership due to experiences. Well I have to say that isn't the case with HAWK Chevy in Bridgeview Il. I had already completed my research and new specifically what vehichle I wanted when walking into this dealership. I was a serious buyer ready to make a deal, met by a very young sales associated as I exited my vehichle I felt like great here we go. Well thats when things started to change, he was courtious, pleasant and personable. I informed him I was here to see one vehichle and provided him with the Stock number. He ran off got the keys and within minutes and returned with keys for an inspection and test drive. Upon returning we entered the office and everyone was very courtious, we sat down and I said to myself here we go the long drawn out sales pitch with hours of back and forth. Well again I was surprised, we were able to make a deal within an hour and I was out of the dealership start to finish in a couple of hours including all the paperwork. The sales associates name was Conrad, I wish im the best with future endeavours and also wanted to thank the Manager and General Manger for making this such a pleasant experience. They all delviered and exceeded my expectations. Even the Finance Manger was top notch and able to get us out of his office in record time. So if you find yourself in the market for a new or used car don't hesitate to go to HAWK Chevrolet. I want to also thank the service department, upon my first appointment they handled my new vehichle as if it was their and delivered excellent service.

    Eddie Saucedo, Israel Flores both salesmen were knowledgeable and explained everything and answered a ton of our questions . Ken of finance Dept was great personable and a well rounded put us at easy w his family stories and professional to the tee. We purchased a Brand New 2017 Summit white Chevy Cruze for my daughter who college bound and employment ready . I can't say enough of how easy seemless this purchase was this week . I will be coming back for all my car and truck needs since I run my own businesses and they worked on a price range I wanted and it was a steal of a deal . I will be recommending my guys Eddie and Israel to all my friends families and my workers to purchase a Chevrolet at Hawk Chevy in Bridgeview Illinois . Thanks you fellas you made dreams come True!!

    I went to this dealer to see a used car. In the next day I send my offers to the salesman and he agree with my offers so I went with my family to make the deal but I surprised when the manager in the dealer told me we can't agree with your offers. I told the manager the salesman agree with my offers he told me "simply" I know but we can't make a deal !!!!!!!???? We spend our time since we have only few days in Chicago for nothing
