    I bought my new Altima from Headquarter Nissan. I had a wonderful buying experience from Shawn. He was kind, courteous, patient and found the vehicle I wanted. He did not pressure me at all. It was just a wonderful experience. I will recommend all my friends and family to that dealership.

    I have purchased two Frontiers from this dealership; their service used to be excellent and now it is terrible. Wait times for service to be completed are excessive (over two hours each of the last few 'express service visits for oil change) and pricing in inconsistent at best. My last visit I brought my own oil (Mobil 1) and filter and I was charged over $30 for the oil change when the advertised price was $14.95. A customer response form to the service manager was ignored, just like a previous voicemail had been, so I contacted the general manager who also ignored me.

    If I could rate this place more than a hundred times I would. I have purchased three vehicles from Rebecca, and she literally is the greatest! Anyone and everyone who reads this- I highly recommend you seeing her. You will not meet anyone who is like her- AMAZING energy, someone who listens to to everything you want and doesn't stop trying until she gets you there! Not only is she an awesome person to be around she genuinely cares about her customers and you can see it. I have been shopping for a car within our price range for weeks and I cannot begin to say how much I was lied to and how unprofessional some of these dealerships are around here. Headquarter Nissan has always had their professionalism and they honestly care about their customers. The atmosphere isn't like a typical dealership. You feel like everyone is helping to meet YOUR needs and wants by working with you- not against you. I am very pleased with going there and seeing Rebecca! Like I said, anyone who is getting a NEW or USED car should definitely check them out! They offer SOOO much than anywhere around and they are upfront. No hidden nothing- just hard work!     Have a recall on 2 nissans. Notice says it will take less than an hour, dealer service says They have to have them both all day and that just because I have an appointment Means nothing, they will get to them When they can, their words - not mine. Called auburn Nissan, they say bring them in at 8:00 and they will both be done by 10:00. Guess this is payback for not buying the cars in Columbus.
