    To say that I have less than perfect credit would be an understatement...I walked in just to look around and see if my credit would once again disappoint me...there is nothing more expensive than trying to rebuild your credit. That's when I met Rusty Mills...There was no side ways talk that made you feel all dirty inside...I for the first time in my search for a truck I didn't feel like I was talking to a used car salesman...more like a friend I grew up with. I had my six year old twin boys with me and he made sure they were taken care of before we sat to talk brass tax...the whole process took maybe three hours...When I told him what I was looking for he picked out exactly what I could afford and exactly what I was wanting...half hour test drive later and he went to work to get me approved...he fought for me...did what was needed to make it right for them and for my family. I'm now driving the truck I wanted at the price that I wanted... Thanks a ton Rusty...I will be back!!! Hopefully later than sooner!!!

    Was looking for a new car with good gas milage, high ground clearance, a roof rack, and good in the snow. I was being pulled between a Subaru and a RAV4, and when I got to Lewis Toyota I told them this. They only had the non-hybrid RAV4 option on the lot at the time, and it wasn't comparing to the Subaru as much as I hoped (ground clearance was an issue). They weren't pushy about my opinions at all, which was quite refreshing. A few days later I got a call saying they got a RAV4 hybrid in, and they looked under the car to check out the ground clearance and apparently it was better. I went back to check it out, and they didn't lie!! (Brought my measuring tape to check). I thought it was great they listened to exactly what I wanted in a car, and didn't think twice about literally getting down on the ground to check out a car for me. I hadn't even thought that the hybrid would be built differently enough, but they were thinking about me and what was important to me enough to check it out. I worked especially closely with Casey and Oz, both great guys and would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated like a person and not a potential sale.

    I purchased my car February 2015. It is a 2015 toyota corolla. A couple of days ago I noticed the stitching on my drivers seat had come undone and my seat was separating at the seam. I called lewis toyota and told them when I got it and how many miles were on it and he set up an appointment for me to come inand they would take photos. I took it in and the service advise me that the warranty was for 3 years or 36000 miles. I drive 100 miles per day so my car is at 40000 miles. He was very cold and unconcerned and completely discarded me. My problem is that the car is in excellent condition no damage done and is well taken care of. Clearly I have a defective seat in the car. It is 4000 miles over and only 1 year old. What about customer service and doing the right thing. Lewis toyota clearly has no value for their customers and have attitudes of not caring about losing business. Every customer contributes to the success of this company any you would not even have a job if it weren't for the consumer. How can you expect someone to pay for a car for 4 more years with it already falling apart. Unfortunately, I will never purchase another toyota and I will never step foot in lewis toyota of topeka again. They have lost my business. They do not even deserve one star.

    Their service department does not stand behind anything they do. Have had numerous issues with my car , each time we take it in - it's never fixed...

    Their service department does not stand behind anything they do. Have had numerous issues with my car , each time we take it in - it's never fixed the first time - usually by the third time - they fix it. I am beyond disappointed as we have purchase several cars from them. I am not sure what happened, but I won't be purchasing another car from them.

    I went to Toyota to see if I qualify for a new car unfortunately the sales man I had was basically harassing me the entire time I told him that maybe right now I didn't want to really buy a new car but he kept pushing me and pushing me and afterwords he tried to get my information even though I had already told him previously that I had no interest in buying a car right then also he kept asking me for my Social Security number how rude!!! Overall I was not impressed with the service and I will not be back at Lewis' Toyota I will definitely find a different place where the people are nicer and not harassing me!!

    Last night my family andI went to Lewis Toyota we are thinking of getting a 3 row SUV to replace my wifes minivan. The sales people there were so rude all they wanted to do was show us what the monthly payments would be with our trade. They would not tell me the price of the vehicle at all. I asked them 5 times what the price was the first time it was I dont know/but can tell you when we get inside he went inside and got the keys brought the truck then said a new person would take us out for a test drive. During the test drive I asked her what the price was she said she didn't know and it was inside. Once inside I asked again she said she had to do the figures I asked her twice more and she still refused to give me a answer sayong she had to show me the monthly payments. At that point I and our family walked out. I would advise anyone not to go there and by a car.

    I have to admit, I used to go to KC or Lawrence when time came for a new car. Not anymore, I am staying with Lewis Toyota in Topeka. The new administration and new Sales team has really turned around this dealership. Courteous, attentive, willing to do business. Steve Laird and Casey Williams really made us feel good on the deal and, as Casey said, buying a car has to be joyful. Boy, I had never heard that one before, but they did made the deal a joyful purchase. Looking forward on doing business with them again and if you are looking for a Toyota, don't waist any time and go to Lewis Toyota in the beautiful city of Topeka, Kansas
