We found this dealership to be very friendly and professional. The staff we came in contact with were very helpful. Gary, our salesman, helped us through the process of selecting between the Nissan Frontier and Toyota Tacoma. He answered our questions professionally, not cutting down Toyota or its people, but simply explaining the differences in the vehicles. I will not hesitate to recommend Gary or Bob Moore Nissan to anyone.

The sales rep. made us feel like we were joining a family not just a dealer because we were given the security that as a top notch dealer we also would gain a top notch service department that could handle any issueand return our new car in a timely maner.

They were extremely helpful and gracious. They worked with us as best they could in making sure we did not leave without being completely satisfied. They were accommodating and went through every possible detail they could and making sure our questions were fully answered. I would definitely do business again and feel that they really wanted to know my needs and also my concerns and did not hesitate to listen. Also they were very helpful in making sure they gave me a rundown of the vehicle before leaving the lot. I do feel that I can call if I have any issues or questions with the vehicle. Shawn was very helpful. I was looking for a very specific new car that other dealerships could not find. He was able to locate one within 10 days and at a price on which we could agree. He also told me that he would agree to service the car for a year at no additional cost. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience.

Bought a used truck off e-bay. Truck was as advertised. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Chris took time to pick me up and process the paperwork even though he was supposed to be off work. Highly recommend this dealership.
