Matt was very courteous. listened well, and addressed my issues. When service was completed, he gave me a detailed explanation of what was done. He didn't try to sell me any extra services. It's a very nice waiting area with complimentary drinks and wifi.

The dealership itself was awesome, the scheduling company that made the initial appointment. Is not awesome. They made me an appointment in Garland TX somehow? Either way Matt made it all better. A) the car is a GTR which makes it harder because Nissan wants a GTR tech to do it. B) The Last time a Nissan dealership (hudiburg) they tried to upcharge an oil change that I brought my own oil too, to 200bucks. Matt wasn’t having that, he got me squeezed in the schedule, and got me out the door for 38 bucks :). Thanks Matt :) Hands down one of the better experiences at a dealership. Hopefully the future looks more like dealerships with Matt, and set up like this Dept :) Recommend by Barrett Determan :). Thanks sir I’ll be bringing the GTR back definitely!

Very professional and courteous. I had an issue with our Nissan Pathfinder and they had me in and out in yes time. I waited on the work to be done and the staff made sure I was comfortable and knew where everything was and they completed the work sooner than they said it would take. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone that needs Nissan work done.

I merely required and oil change during this service. In and out within a reasonable amount of time. All past service with Bob Moore has been fantastic.

I was very pleased buying a car with bob moore Nissan. Was easy fast and they got me into a car I really wanted too. I used dealership for all my maintenance to keep car going for years to come. It’s Nissan you cant go wrong with any car that can produce 250k-300k miles before ya might need a new car again.
