I worked with Peter Moen of Puyallup Chevrolet off 800 River Road. He did a great job to understand what my needs were and why I was looking for a suitable... vehicle replacement in the first place. I was willing to walk away and keep my current vehicle but Peter did an outstanding job to work with his management team to get me a fair offer for my trade in and a fair offer for the replacement vehicle. Had a great buying experience here. I worked with Peter at the Chevrolet puyallup store who assisted me in finding my vehicle of choice. He answered all... my questions, was very personable, was not pushy, and answered all my questions from start to finish.
READ THIS BEFORE SHOPPING HERE!! Horrible, absolutely horrible. Do not support this dealership, shop somewhere else where they don't only care about... selling you a car and that's it. My Fiancé bought a 40k Corvette that was a certified pre owned vehicle with a clean title and no mechanical issues (as we were told). But, two days after purchases this vehicle we started having mechanical issues. We notified our dealer Reggie, who couldn't have cared less about selling us a 40k car that wasn't working properly. He answered one time and all he could do was tell us to contact the service department. The service department was no help so we contacted Reggie again. But he didn't answer our follow up texts or phone calls. Horrible customer service and horrible people working there. Lastly, the finance lady (Bobby) was horrible. I never experienced something like this before. She just shoved papers in our faces while telling us her whole life story. She didn't explain anything to us unless we asked. The only thing she explained was the extra 7 year warranty that would have put some extra cash in the dealerships pockets. Other than that she was talking about her life while shoving papers on our face. It was so unprofessional. I suggest to all of you to shop else where! Especially if you are looking for a used vehicle.
They are not pushy there at all. We bought a 2020 GMC Acadia. John, Our sales guy spent as much time with us as we needed. We were originally looking at... the Traverse and Enclave, but decided we liked the Acadia. He was very informative and proud to share about the company and family values. At the signing, they worked with us until we looked what we saw. That was very nice as well.

First my sales person Daine (who was let go for lying to other customers according to Scott the sales manager) lied to me about my loan and the vehicle... I was purchasing. Then my truck was delivered with a number of issues the service team could not seem to fix. It took them 4 tries on the first number of issues. It had repeated warranty issues and despite trying to work with the dealership they were not fixed. Things got so bad I contacted Shannon Harnish, who based on her lack of involvement does not care about her customers. I had a vehicle that was having repeated issues and I was consistently told they would not be fixed unless they could be "replicated". I gave this dealer every chance to fix my truck and they repeatedly dropped the ball. Do not trust the GM Keith or the head service manager JT. They will do nothing for you. This is not a trustworthy dealership. The problems were so bad I had to trade my vehicle in at a loss to another dealership, because I no longer felt safe in it.
Probably the worst car buying experience in my life. Worked with Salesman James R Triggs on the purchase of a used vehicle. The vehicle was a 2018 and... had low mileage, as well as still being under factory warranty. Ten days after my purchase I noticed an unusual sound coming from the car. I took the car in to be inspected buy an independent shop. Come to find out the car had been in an accident that did now show on the carfax and the dealership had concealed. To make matters worse the car had existing damage at the time of purchase. I bought the car in January and it's now March and the dealership has dont nothing to fix it claiming its waiting on a part. DO NOT BUY USED FROM HERE. Avoid Jim Triggs. If you have to buy used, make sure you have the car inspected buy and independent shop who is not trying to sell you something. Poor service and worse integrity.
