2015 Camaro

Just bought a 2015 Camaro from Paul Guetle, he handled the paperwork well and I am very satisfied with the purchase. The car looked perfect when it was delivered.

Great Experience

Thanks to Jim Triggs and Scott Summer to helps us buy our 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500. Overall i think it was a great experience a little bit frustrating at first but at the end me and my wife were happy with our purchase.

Thank you Jared Baker!

I love everything about a new car or truck, except the buying process! However, it was not the case here! My salesman, Jared Baker, was no less than outstanding! He made my wife and I very comfortable from the first phone call to the final handshake! I knew exactly what I was looking for and had already talked to Jared on the phone previously. Since we were driving a long ways, it had to be everything I wanted and he assured me it was the exact rig...and, it was the exact one! No, "well is it close enough?" or "can you live with it at this price?" I own my own business and my time is very valuable, so it was nice to be treated that way. They worked out the best financing for me, which is always a long process no matter where you are. Jared gave us some suggestions for a place to eat and relax while everything was getting worked out, so all I needed to was sign the papers. When we returned, Jared had the truck all detailed, filled up with gas and sitting outside looking like a million dollars, which makes that new car smell even that much sweeter! He went over all the goodies it came with, which were a lot of them! One more thing that impressed me was a couple of weeks later, Jared contacted me to see how I liked the new truck! When I purchased my new Sierra, I told him I would be putting my own touches on it and would send pictures...I did and he really liked it! I will definately send family and friends to see Jared, couldn't be happier! Keep up all the great work!

Fantastic service, very courteous and professional

My experience from walking in the door to driving out with a new Buick Lacrosse was very positive. Steve Backman was very helpful during the whole process and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. I would recommend him to any family or friends that was looking for a car.

Great Buying Experience

Another excellent purchasing experience at Chevrolet of Puyallup. The was my third and my families fifth car buying experience at this outstanding dealership, but what made each of the special was the courteous and professional sales staff. Mel McCormack is one of these professionals. He epitomized the word professional at every step of the buying process. In addition, I couldn't be happier with how Billie Langford handled the closing of the deal by explaining every aspect of the process along the way. This is truly a team of professionals.

Excellent customer service

I recently bought a car and it was the best business experience I have ever had. Dean and Bruce found the perfect car for me. As a single Mom on a tight budget, they were my heroes in finding the right car for me. They did not make me feel pressured into buying a car that I couldn't afford or bells and whistles that I didn't need! I was given options in my range and they guided me through the whole buying process so that I knew where my money was going. They worked hard to get the best financing to fit my budget and comfort level. I love my car and I feel like I was treated like family throughout the whole process. I was so impressed, I sent my daughter to them for her new car! Dean and Bruce are true professionals and made sure my experience was the best. This is my dealership!

Best car buying experience!

I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee through Dean Reilly and Bruce Houghton last week. Not only are they the friendliest guys in the business but they made the process so easy and fun for me. I told Dean what I was looking for and he and Bruce had a car lined up to test drive within 30 minutes. The car is beautiful, clean and in perfect condition. Bruce took me on a test drive and patiently walked through all the car features and answered all of my questions. I can't thank them enough for taking the time to go over every last detail with me and continuously ensuring I have everything I need. I also met with Billie for financing, who was also just as wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, patient and detailed. Everyone says the car buying experience is stressful and time consuming but mine was just the opposite; it was incredibly positive and stress-free. I will always recommend this crew to anyone buying a new or used car as I cannot say enough good things about them. Forever grateful for their help in assisting me with my first car purchase!

Amazing and friendly customer care and service!!!

Ron Brooks was the sales associate that helped my husband and I buy our new vehicle; he was personable and had the ability to keep us on track all the while making the experience rather fun. We had been looking for a few months and had visited several dealerships; we were undecided as to which vehicle we wanted and. Ron helped us narrow down our search and went out of his way to accommodate all questions we had with no rush. I normally hate the car buying process, but not this time. We had a great time picking out a new vehicle and it was such an easy process. Leanne helped us in finance and was also very personable and went out of her way to get us the best interest rate available.
