Last year, I brought my Ridgeline in for detailing.

Last year, I brought my Ridgeline in for detailing. The detailing expert did an outstanding job which resulted in my bring back my Ridgeline yesterday. Once again, his detailing job was outstanding making my truck look like new. I have scheduled my 2 other vehicles to be detailed by him as a result of the awesome job on my Ridgeline 2 years in a row.

On February 8th, 2024, the battery on our 2018 Honda

On February 8th, 2024, the battery on our 2018 Honda Pilot died. At least the car was in our garage. It was the original battery that was in the car when we bought it new at the end of July 2018. When I lifted the hood, I could just see a small portion of the battery. I can see the shocked look on your face! I called your service department and immediately Conner answered. I presented my quandary. He said, “ no problem, I can talk you through removing the stuff covering up the battery”. It is at this point I giggled because he doesn’t know me and cars! He told to do this and that. He knew what the was talking about, then told me to look some other place. He giggled, I laughed. At this point, I think he knew he had a fool at the other end of the line. What a great employee you have, patient AND smart. Finally, he gave me his cell number and had me FaceTime him. We both realized that we would be approaching the supper hour soon, if not doing something different. I’m almost done. That was the “magic bullet”. He could now see under the hood as I could. Through Conner’s EXCELLENT guidance, patience and knowledge, I could finally see that $;&$ illusive battery. Your service department is the best we have ever encountered, and Conner is a big reason why!! We are even to pay our bill! Well, that’s a lie. Your folks are busy all the time answering phones, setting up appointments and sometimes going the extra mile FaceTiming “car idiots”. Connor saved me having to call Roadside or AAA. You should be very proud to have Connor in your organization. Dave Custis

I have been a customer since 2002 and have always been treated with respect and efficiency. Chuck Bates gets the work going, but this time, it might have been Justin Routt, whose name is on the invoice. He did a fine job. The mechanics are excellent in their work and care of my car. I have always brought my car to D-Patrick for servicing.

Very appreciative of the thorough exam of the vehicle

Very appreciative of the thorough exam of the vehicle since it is now at some 80,000 miles. Basically took it in for an oil change, since the car indicated it was at a 15% life. The thorough exam showed the brakes where desperately in need of replacement. Good safety measure!
